Dream Big by GSVR | Beachview Family Reunion Home w/ Big Pool & Elevator + FREE Activities/Golf
Dream Big is a great house/combined duplex for a gathering or retreat. Right across from the beach, with a private pool & elevator. We've renovated the main level so it has one really living room and one big dining room instead of two smaller ones. We think this will work beautifully for our guests! We know how hard it is to find big gathering spaces.
Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).
It rents as a whole and has connecting doors on two floors with a total of 12 bedrooms, 10 full baths and lots of room to spread out over 3 floors and 7000 sq feet. The kitchens offer 2 refrigerators, 4 dishwashers, 2 ranges, 2 undercounter ice machines, and there are 4 sets of washers and dryers.
Nice combination of larger common spaces for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room on each side with a large tv/dvd, games, etc so the kids have a place to call their own.
You'll enjoy an 18'x36' large private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day and outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining. The pool area is complete with lots of lounge chairs, tables for outdoor dining, and a grill. There are also beach chairs for your use.
Located in family-friendly West Beach, 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions.
We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay.
Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 30 adults. Hangout Festival there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

Why they chose this property
We bought this bit of sand with a beachview with a dream of building a place where big extended families like ours could get everyone together. We didn't know at the time that life would lead to our living in Gulf Shores where we now manage our vacation rental homes and those of a number of our neighbors and friends.
We had our duplex When Pigs Fly which is just a few hundred feet from the lot on which we built Dream Big. We love this stretch of family-friendly West Beach where we are just a couple of miles from restaurants & shops, but in an area with just 4 rows of homes between the Gulf on the South, and Little Lagoon on the North.

What makes this property unique
Owning When Pigs Fly, and based on our own growing family which at that time was 18 (grandparents, parents, children), we knew it was hard to find a place where everyone could gather. We could have our family on one side, and the cousins on the other side. We put in the things we like or needed for our family--spaces for the kids, bedrooms that worked for parents with small children, a big pool area, grills, etc.
