Bonne localisation, à pieds sur le port, agréable d’être accueilli en personne.En revanche, ce n’était pas très propre, nous avons dû nettoyer le ventilateur qui avait une grosse couche de poussière. Il fait chaud sous les combles.C’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est.

Zeeuitzicht niet gehad, geen lift. , 3 verdiepingen hoog. Geen 2 de sleutel. Geen stromende douche. Geen parking 5 km verder dan verblijf zeer lastig bij het in en uitladen. Geen Airco 30 graden binnen zonder tocht je zit volledig ingesloten. Heel jammer dat de huisbaas dit niet juist communiceerde

Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et de l'emplacement du studio où tout est a côté. Le port , les boutiques ,restaurants, plage...seul hic ce serait les places de parking pas évidentes a trouver.

il y a des lacunes

La salle de bain et la cuisine étaient sales. Il y avait un sentiment que personne n'y vivait depuis longtemps. Mais les sols ont été lavés. Depuis les appartements sont sous le toit sans climatisation très chaud. Le ventilateur n'aide pas, il conduit juste l'air chaud. Et pour le reste, nous avons aimé. Les appartements sont situés dans l'accessibilité optimale à toutes les infrastructures: plages (pour tous les goûts), magasins, gare, arrêt de bus, restaurants et marchés... La ville est petite mais très saturée.

Séjour au top

Très bon séjour, maison propre et convenable pour 4 personnes. Tous les équipements cités étaient bien présents, rien ne manquait. L’hôte était très sympathique, ce denier est toujours à notre disposition dès que possible. Nous vous recommandons cette location, près de tout. Merci à vous nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Petit appartement au cœur de la Ciotat

Très bon séjour à la Ciotat dans cet appartement. Petit mais cosy, il est parfait pour une petite famille ou un séjour entre amis. Idéalement situé ! Propriétaire très accommodant.

Bon emplacement mais quelques déceptions à prendre en compte.

Nous avons passé un bon voyage dans ce logement bien placé (proche du port mais loin des plages, environ à 15-20 minutes...) Néanmoins, de nombreux désagréments nous ont dérangés : pas de poubelle, ventilateur non adéquat car il fait beaucoup de bruit, la vaisselle n’était pas propre dans son ensemble (passoire cassée, produit de vaisselle inexistant). De plus, les draps n’étaient pas fournis. Christelle a été très cordiale de nous en transmettre mais à aucun moment le tarif nous a été communiqué, cela nous a montré un manque d’honnêteté.

Petit studio bien placé, mais loin des parkings. Notre accueil à été très appréciable, dame très gentille et disponible. Un studio au 3ime étages avec des escaliers. .

"The accommodation is ide...

"The accommodation is ideally located in the old quarter of La Ciotat and is in a convenient position close to shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are only a short walk away and directly outside is beautiful square with a fountain and restaurants. The accommodation itself is well presented with all of the basic equipment needed and will easily sleep 4 persons. Secure parking is available at no extra cost but is a 10 minute walk away. The studio is on the third floor and as there is no lift may not be suitable for older people but this was not a problem for us. The shower, kitchen and living area is more than adequate and everything was in good condition and clean. The town itself has a lot of character and there are many things to do in the daytime and the evening. It is ideally situated as a base for touring the region. The owner is extremely helpful and we would not have any hesitation in recommending this property to others."

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Der Parkplatz im nah gelegenen Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen-super. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein und aufgrund einfacher Lamellentür bei der Toilette ohne Privatsphäre - aber ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und diskret.
