About this property

Beautiful villa with garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi close to all amenities

Very quiet, careful decoration, all comfort, air-conditioned rooms, close to the village, 14 meters long infinity pool with beach and independent Jacuzzi heated by solar panels in the summer for 8 people (mid-May to end of September and on a sunny day with maximum output in July/August), garden, barbecue with fully equipped outdoor kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, one side living room and dining area) with adjoining bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool area is fully secured for the little ones. Ping-pong table, table soccer, billiards at your disposal.

NO PARTY OR EVENT CAUSING NOISE POLLUTION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD !

The country setting, the proximity of hiking trails. The beaches are 15 min by car, the nearest shops are in the village at 4 min.

The car is highly recommended to move around the area.
Sheets provided, towels lent on request. 4 TV and audio speaker.

A rental contract and an inventory of fixtures will be established.
Cancellation: 50% refund if cancellation 7 days before the date and time of arrival and 100% refund if cancellation 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Please respect the premises, the equipment and the neighborhood, please smoke outside the house.

Quiet in a town setting

This was a lovely house, well appointed, beautiful pool and walking distance to town for coffee and croissants in the morning yet close enough to drive to Hyeres and the Porquerolles for the day. Good hiking in Giens. Nico, our host was excellent with communication and instructions. I would stay here again.

La Farlede Oasis family vacation

This villa in the hillside community of La Farlede (above Toulon) was fairly wonderful. It's an expansive home with four bedrooms (each with individual AC units, which proved invaluable as it was rather warm during our stay), generous-sized living/dining area and a wonderful outdoor kitchen/dining area adjacent to an inviting pool and hot tub. A pool table and ping pong were also nice. The home has all the amenities one could need in terms of modern appliances, extensive cookware, dishes and accessories in a smallish kitchen. One addition that would have been helpful would have been a "smart TV", as the cable offerings were all in French without subtitles. Perhaps the best asset that the home offers is the amazing owner, NIco. Several in our group unfortunately contracted COVID just prior to arrival. Nico kindly made the home available to us two days early, which was hugely beneficial towards our getting needed rest in safety. It turns out that Nico is also a medical professional, who's expertise was enormously helpful in helping us contend with COVID. He kindly went to the pharmacy for us and even arranged for a visiting doctor to come evaluate and treat us in the home as well as renting a CPAP machine. Beyond our medical needs, Nico was incredibly responsive to issues that came up (the power went out a couple of times), and even ordered us pizza delivery the first night! So between the home being wonderful and Nico's care, we highly recommend this charming villa.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Villa und haben unseren Urlaub rundum genossen.Der Garten mit Poolhaus, Pool und Jacuzzi ist einfach der Hammer – man möchte eigentlich gar nicht weg, obwohl zum Beispiel Toulon definitiv einen oder mehrere Ausflüge wert ist.Auch wenn wir das Haus selbst hauptsächlich zum Schlafen genutzt haben: Es ist wirklich schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Fotos in der Anzeige halten absolut, was sie versprechen – es sieht tatsächlich so aus!Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Das WLAN könnte an ein paar Stellen etwas stärker sein, aber das war für uns kein großes Problem. Tischtennis und Kicker bieten eine schöne Abwechslung zum Pool, und wer mal drinnen bleiben möchte, freut sich über den Billardtisch.Der Vermieter Nico ist ein sympathischer Mensch und war bei Fragen oder Problemen sehr hilfsbereit.Fazit: Diese Villa war für uns quasi perfekt!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles da zum kochen und backen. Es gibt Kühlschränke mit Eiswürfelspender. Der Pool und der Whirpool sind absolutes Highlight.Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles ausführlich. Das Check-in und Check-out hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub, sehr ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an nach der liebevollen Begrüßung und Einweisung seitens Nico mega wohl gefühlt und dieses tolle Haus samt Pool sofort unsere Wohlfühloase genannt. Nico ist ein toller Gastgeber und sofort erreichbar, sollte man Fragen haben. Highlight ist das Poolhouse mit der voll ausgestatteten 2. Küche inkl. des 2. amerikanischen Kühlschranks, der bei unserem Bedarf viel zu tun hatte mit der Eiswürfelproduktion die angrenzende Dusche mit WC war super praktisch, etwas lästig waren die Mücken abends. Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern kommen vielleicht noch ? Die neue Klimaanlage, die wir abends 1-2 Stunden einschalteten funktionierte sehr gut. Der Abschied von unserer Wohlfühloase fiel uns allen sehr schwer und wir hoffen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Merci beaucoup Nico, nous espérons jusqu’à l’année prochaine

perfekter Urlaub!

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus von Nico und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus und vorallem der Außenbereich ist rießig und wunderschön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und es wurde auf jede Kleinigkeit geachtet. Besonders gut hat uns die Außenküche direkt neben dem großen Pool gefallen.

Tolles Haus mit super Außenbereich

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche(n) waren gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus, vor allem die beiden Pools und der Billardtisch. Sehr praktisch ist auch das Poolhaus mit eigener Küche und das Außen-WC mit Dusche. Der Vermieter war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mont Coudon--unser Hausberg

Wundervolles Ferienhaus...sorgfältig eingerichtet...einfach superbe. Die Anlage und die Umgebung haben genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Oasis des Laures ist sehr empfehlenswert. An der hochwertigen Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Darüber hinaus ist es makellos sauber. Nicolas hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns sehr gut beraten und alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, wir danken ihm sehr.

Belle piscine avec plage que les enfants ont apprécié. Table de ping-pong, baby-foot et billard un plus pour les adultes. Nicolas est très réceptif à nos demandes. Seul bémol pendant notre séjour, nous n'avions pas internet.

Des vacances inoubliables en famille dans une superbe propriété

Les photos reflète la réalité franchement je n’ai pas du tout été déçu à l’arrivée le propriétaire Nicolas nous attendait. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous et t’es toujours là quand il avait un problème il venait régulièrement voir la piscine et le jacuzzi pour voir si il y avait pas lieu de faire un entretien les documents laissés à la maison qui explique bien tout ce que nous pouvons faire les restaurants etc. si je devrais noter la maison sur 10 10/10 pour la propreté la gentillesse du propriétaire des emplacements de parking de la salle de jeux franchement y avait rien à dire

Maison fabuleuse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une belle région et dans une maison exceptionnelle: Très agréable à vivre, spacieuse, très bien décorée, une excellente literie, une piscine merveilleuse… Rien ne manque au niveau des équipements de qualité. De plus elle est d’une propreté irréprochable. Nicolas nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, a été de très bon conseil et à tout fait pour que le séjour se passe pour le mieux, nous le remercions infiniment. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location, on ne peut pas être déçu! Encore merci Nicolas
