Le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible pour proposer les bonnes adresses. La location est propre et conforme au descriptif. Elle bénéficie d’un agréable extérieur. Seul bémol, la propreté de la plage.

Sehr netter Vermieter, der in der gleichen Straße wohnt. Blick von der Terrasse auf die umliegenden Felsen, den Garten. Auch für unsere Kinder 3, 5 und 7 sehr geeignet. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Ottima famiglia,puntuali all’arrivo ed alla partenza,hanno lasciato la villa in perfetto ordine. Sicuramente potrete affittare la casa ed io mi auguro che possano ritornare.

Impareggiabile: natura, mare e cultura

Siamo stati ospiti del sig. Nino dal 13 al 20 luglio 2015 (villetta con le persiane verdi). Ci siamo trovati molto bene: la casa era accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta. La gentilezza del signor Nino è stata squisita. Sole, mare e cultura assicurati. Un luogo unico, in cui ci piacerebbe tornare.

Luogo magnifico, casa confortevole a un passo dal mare, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consigliato vivamente per chi desidera cenare qualche volta anche a casa cozze e primi piatti da asporto di Tutino.

Casa idealmente situata i...

Casa idealmente situata in vicinanza (circa 160 mt percorribili a piedi, la metà dei quali attraversando una pineta) di una lunghissima spiaggia di sabbia fine (mare poco profondo con presenza sul fondale di sassi tondi levigati da millenni di onde) con vista sulla spettacolare scogliera sulla cui cima sono presenti le rovine della antico Teatro di Eraclea Minoa (da vedere!). La spiaggia è libera ma per i più pigri c'`e uno piccolo stabilimento balneare. La casa è fresca per via della grande veranda che la circonda. Casa ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax (si dorme bene ed il traffico è assai limitato) è circondata da un giardino con alberi e vegetazione locale. Avendo un bambino in età prescolare abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di potere chiudere il cancello . A Eraclea Minoa c'`e un solo supermercato (da Tutino), piccolo ma ben fornito che è anche rosticceria e ristorante (dove si mangia benissimo ad un ottimo prezzo) di cui siamo stati assidui clienti (colazione, pranzo e cena). Simpatica anche Pizzeria Garibaldi direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il Signor Nino, il proprietario, è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile con cui ci siamo intrattenuti piacevolmente. Consigliamo senza dubbio questa casa P.S. Molto importante: Eraclea Minoa dista circa un'ora dal meraviglioso Parco dei Templi di Agrigento!! --

"Da uns die Gegend bekann...

"Da uns die Gegend bekannt ist, waren wir auf das was uns erwartet vorbereitet. Ein für deutsche Verhältnisse kleines, sauberes, einfach eingerichtetes Haus mit funkelniegerneuer Küche(!), 2 Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Bad mit extrem kleiner Dusche, was aber kein Problem darstellte, da sich im Außenfbereich 2 Duschen befinden, die allerdings nur kaltes Wasser bieten. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist hingegen die Tatsache, dass auf Sizilien kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette geschmissen werden darf. Das Haus hat eine riesige rundumverlaufende Terasse, die komplett überdacht ist und zum Verweilen einlädt. Man findet je nach Bedarf immer einen sonnigen oder einen Schattenplatz. Ein schön angelegter und gepflegter Garten rundet das Ganze ab. Der Vermieter sig. Nino ist ein sehr netter und um unser Wohl sehr bedachter Herr, der Wünsche umgehend erfüllt. Was die Stechmücken anbelangt, sollte man sich halt eben mit dementsprechenden Sprays eindecken und sich nachts mit der sehr angenehmen ganz leichten Baumwollbettwäsche komplett zudecken. Natürlich gibts hinter einem Pinienwald Stechmücken, aber auch bei uns gibts diese in dieser Jahreszeit. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Zumal wir in unserem Stammrestaurant am Strand: Bar Ristorante Garibaldi immer gut versorgt wurden. Zum Strand direkt sind es ca. 100 m, kleiner Supermarkt mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer, wo man morgens ab 10:00 Uhr Panini abholen kann, ca. 150 m. Den Punkteabzug gibts lediglich für die für deutsche Verhältnisse einfache Einrichtung, die besonders kleine Dusche und die auf ganz Sizilien übliche Entsorgung des Toilettenpapiers. Saluti a sig. Nino, forse ci vediamo in ottobre"

Logement fonctionnel pour...

Logement fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, déco un peu vieillotte. Nous étions 5 et il n'y a qu'un lit de bb dans la salle à manger. Trop petit pour notre fille (7 ans) elle a du dormir sur le canapé (non convertible). Heureusement que nous y sommes restés que 3 nuits pour son sommeil. Attention moustique le soir mais pas pire qu'en Vendée en France. Le propriétaire fourni les plaquettes pour éviter ce désagrément. La plage est vraiment très proche à pied et très agréable. Très calme et cadre magnifique mais nous y sommes allés en Avril pas sûr que ce soit si calme l'été beaucoup de maison de vacances. Le propriétaire très sympathique, nous pourrions y retourner si le logement correspondait à nos attente (nombre de couchage?).

"La maison se trouve dans...

"La maison se trouve dans un endroit très calme et agréable,tout près de la plage.Pour accéder à la plage il faut passer par la pinède.A 2,5-3 km de la maison il y a un site archéologique d' Eraclea Minoa qui représente un très bel parc avec les ruines antiques.Dans la maison entourée par un petit jardin il y a tout le confort nécessaire.On peut garer la voiture.On a été très bien accueilli.Le propriétaire qui parle bien français et son fils qui parle parfaitement anglais sont très aimables et sympatiques.On a vraiment passé un agréable séjour.Un seul bémol : il y a eu trop de moustiques à la maison."
