Private houses, gardens, threes, pedestrian streets : rare and wanted area.

Weekly location ( starting from 550 to 650 euros according the season and nb of people ) or monthly location : from 1 600 to 2 100 euros, depending on duration and nb of people. These prices includs water,electricity, heater, sheets, towels + wifi

The flat is sunny, cosy, recently equiped, entirely renovated 2017 and well designed ( 58 square meters)

2 bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 160x200 which can be divided in 2 single beds ( the beds stay close to each other once separated )
Bedroom 2 : 1 sofa bed 140x200.
Be aware that to reach the bedroom number 2 with the sofa bed, you have to pass trought the bedroom number 1 ( king size bed).

The bathroom + WC has both a separate bath and an individual shower; the dinner room is large. Nice views from everywhere in the flat.

The flat is inside a private house, fully independant and safe with a specific access. The area is residential ( houses, gardens, threes, pedestrians streets ) and very peacefull.
In the flat you will also find guides and maps of the town.

Nearby, the beautiful Buttes-Chaumont parc is at 5 mn by walk + Chapeaux Rouge park at 100 meters. All facilities nearby ( supermarket at 100 meters, restaurants, 2 olympic size swimming pool very close, cinemas, museum) .
Metro station is at 200 meters from the flat ( Station : DANUBE or BOTZARIS ( 500 meters ) or PRE ST GERVAIS at 300 meters - line 7 bis) + Bus lines 60 & 75 and tramway T3b line ( Hospital Robert Debré station )

The flat has beeen renovated in april 2017.

Esperienza molto positiva

Con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e un bambino di 7 anni) abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni molto belli in questo delizioso appartamento, davvero comodo, funzionale e pulito. Ci sono due camere spaziose, un bel soggiorno, una cucina completa e un bagno grande, con doppio lavandino, doccia e vasca. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma ben servita sia per quanto riguarda i negozi sia per la metro che abbiamo sempre utilizzato anche di sera senza problemi. Molto vicino anche il bel parco della Buttes Chaumont dove mio marito andava a correre tutte le mattine. Il proprietario Sig. Pierre è molto gentile, discreto e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Non è facile trovare tutto questo con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

"Come prima esperienza con homelidays siamo piu'' che soddisfatti.L''appartamento e'' molto comodo per 3-4 persone ,dispone di due camere da letto con letti veri e comodi (non divani letto).Ha un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia separati,manca solo l''asciugacapelli( piccolo e irrilevante dettaglio )Il proprietario è discreto ma disponibile , Pierre parla anche un po'' di italiano.Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana ,dormito bene perche'' la zona e'' tranquillissima, ma ben servita.Rapporto qualita'' prezzo ottima.Lo consigliamo."

The apartment offers lovely light throughout the day - views of Sacre Coeur can be seen from the rear - and enough space for our small family. We highly recommend this charming spot!"

"We was (2 adult and 2 children) in Pierre’s flat from 4 to 11 july 09. The flat is how describe in website, was really spacious and clean on arrival., Is very confortable, the beds are ok, accessories complete. Metro is near and the area is very quiet in day and night. Perfect for our family! Pierre was very friendly, disponible and helpful (also during the reservation operations) without being intrusive and he provided for alls informations about the local area (restaurant, market, ecc). "
