Very quiet but yet close to village with all amenities.
You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike (bike hire on request). You can fresh up in the pool (round, 6m diam.) or go to the nearby Lake Montbel or Lake the Puivert, where you can surf, sail or hire a pedalo. In Chalabre, only a 10 minutes drive away, you will find shops, a supermarket, a bank and restaurants.
Supermarket also in lovely medieval Mirepoix, just 20 minutes away, or in Limoux with its cosy market place (restaurants, café's and shops)


At the end of the rental period the tenant should yield up the premises to the landlord in a flawless and clean condition, according to a checklist that will be handed out on arrival. However, a cleaning service is at his disposal (90 €/house)
