Meublé tres confortable

Séjour tres agréable, studio confortable et fonctionnel, tres bien situé, proche du village et au calme.accueil tres sympathique. Je reviendrai, le cadre de risoul est vraiment tres beau et aux portes du queyras. Super vacances !

Risoul - Février 2024

Logement vieillot, vraiment petit pour 4 adultes, et pas très bien entretenu. De plus, il a été difficile de joindre la personne qui devait nous accueillir, puis faire l'état des lieux de sortie. Quant à la station, rien à dire, Risoul est une belle station pour le ski, qui en outre est reliée à Vars, ce qui fait un grand domaine. De belles vacances d'hiver malgré tout, il faut relativiser ! (nous n'avons pas eu de problème majeur, heureusement)

On ne va pas se plaindre...

Le lieu est exigu (personnes corpulentes s'abstenir), la sonorisation laisse à désirer et de multiples détails pourraient être critiqués mais le prix est correct, plutôt bas et globalement le séjour s'est bien passé d'autant qu'il a fait beau. Le paysage est magnifique, la station fournie en activités multiples et le studio proche du centre. Dommage que les télésièges aient supplanté les cabines ce qui pénalise les gens sujets au vertige.

A partir du 25 août, il n'y a plus aucun commerce, il faut descendre à Guillestre 25 kms aller et retour pour avoir du pain, J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un ville fantôme. heureusement que le propriétaire m'avait prévenu de monter des courses, car en arrivant nous n'aurions rien eu pour dîner, les restaurants sont tous fermés; Je regrette beaucoup d'avoir choisi cette station. Il serait bon que vous avertissiez les éventuelles personnes qui désireraient s'y rendre, que c'est vraiment le bout du monde.Même l'Office de Tourisme de nous informe pas de ces désagréments.

Malgré l'étroitesse de l'appartement, il était très fonctionnel. Dommage trop petit pour 4 personnes

Belles promenades en forêt à RISOUL, mais il n'y a que cela à faire. J'ai trouvé les activités, (luges d'été) trop chères. Vacances ennuyeuses si l'on part avec des enfants

Trés bon séjour estival

Le studio est situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de tous les commerces et front de neige de la station. Le rez-de-chaussée est pratique et agréable avec un balcon/terrasse plutôt exposé à l'ombre. Le séjour d'une semaine a été très bien avec une station dynamique qui propose de multiples activités estivales. Je recommande cette location trés bien située et associée à un bon rapport qualité prix.

Cet appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce publiée. Tout équipé, en bon état et bien entretenu, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Le logement est très bien situé, accessible facilement, proche des commerces et comprend un parking privé. De plus, le propriétaire est facilement joignable en cas de besoin. L'appartement est charmant, calme et agréable. Je recommande!

Studio très bien conçut, beaucoup de rangements, parking à proximité, proche des pistes (un téléski juste derrière), juste à côté du centre du village et de ses commerces. Un grand balcon baigné de soleil qui permet de manger dehors, très bon isolation phonique (on entend pas les voisins). Rien à redire à part foncé car même avec un manque évident de neige on ne s'est pas ennuyer....
