Location spacieuse, agréable et très bien placée en bord de plage. Le jardin propose toujours des endroits ombragés. Cependant il faudrait revoir la batterie de cuisine qui a bien vécue, mettre à disposition une bouilloire.La capacité du ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste.

quid du contrôle qualité ?

le site est magnifique, la maison très bien située. Elle est malheureusement mal entretenue. Il est préférable d'apporter son linge de maison. L'équipement de la cuisine est très insuffisant et parfois "collector" ! Un classeur de présentation serait utile pour gérer la maison et les équipements, notamment la TV, le Wifi ! la prestation dans son ensemble n'est pas à la hauteur du prix pratiqué ! La plage est très belle et les voisins sont charmants !

Un peu surprise de ce commentaire après plusieurs avis plus que satisfaisants sur d'autres sites depuis avril. Claire m'a contactée 5 jours après son arrivée pour me signaler quelques disfonctionnements. Je lui ai demandé qu'elle me liste ce qui posait problème afin que nous puissions y remédier pendant son séjour, elle m'a répondu 3 jours avant son départ... Quant au prix, quand on occupe à 3 personnes une maison prévue pour 8, il peut effectivement paraître excessif. Il vaut parfois mieux réserver une chambre d'hôtel.

House near beaches

This large house is near two beaches and has a nice garden around it. There is as well a bbq. Maybe not as charming as older houses though.

Assez bonne Les défauts : certaines chaises bancales, toile cirée abimée, télévision difficile à régler, parasol hors fonction.

Pourrait mieux faire

La maison est agréable, lumineuse, bien située et équipée. A notre arrivée , le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, le lave vaisselle neuf n’était pas fixé et basculait à son chargement, la table n’avait plus de rallonges et nous étions 10 à table le week end, il manquait des draps et couettes. On nous a finalement donné une table de jardin à monter. Nous avons également monté le nouveau barbecue fourni en kit . Finalement le lave vaisselle a été fixé, le téléviseur a fini par marcher après demande d’intervention. Un état des lieux d’entrée paraît utile. A part cela , l’endroit est calme et agréable et la région magnifique.

Charme et tranquilité en bord de mer mais déception par rapport à l'annonce

Si le site et la distribution des pièces de la maison sont agréables, petite déception quant à la location de linges qui sentaient mauvais l'humidité (nous avons du les laver aussitôt) et d'une partie significative de l'équipement ne fonctionnant pas correctement (la connexion TV hors service, sèche linge qui fonctionnerait en bloquant le bouton marche avec une allumette, lave vaisselle ne terminant pas les programmes, prises électriques qui se décrochent du mur). Le choix souhaité du confort avec un nourrisson a été un peu contrarié. Heureusement le beau temps et la bonne humeur étaient au rendez-vous

la mer à portée de main

La maison est idéalement située avec vue sur la mer qui est toute proche (une centaine de mètre). La maison est claire et spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons de surcroît bénéficié d'une météo exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de partager avec nos enfants et petits-enfants de délicieux moments.

Presque parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette grande et jolie maison très bien située, à deux pas de la grande plage ce qui était idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons apprécié les travaux de rénovation effectués, la literie et le salon de jardin neufs. Quelques difficultés à mettre en route la télévision tout juste livrée, mais on a fini par y arriver ! Pour nous, quand la cuisine sera refaite (le lave-vaisselle donne aussi de gros signes de vieillesse...) et avec une nouvelle cabine de douche au RdC, la location sera vraiment super et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir, même si Gâvres est un peu loin de tout (mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme)... Excellente

Maison parfaite pour grande famille. Impression - très agréable - d'être un peu au bout du monde. Relations très cordiales avec la propriétaire. Je recommanderai vivement cette location. Seul petit bémol : la vétusté de certains équipements (chaises longues, poêles par exemple). Mais cela n'a rien enlevé au plaisir de ces vacances.
