Three bedroom villa in Albufeira, place of "Olhos de Água", three minute drive to Albufeira downtown.

The house has two bedrooms (one in the upper floor and another one in the lower floor), one bathroom in each floor, a mezanine with a balcony, and a room and kitchen. The house has a 70 m2 garden, with lann and a barbecue.

The swimming pool is of exclusive use for the lodgers of seven houses.

The house is ideal for two couples with children.

From June to August, the house is rented only for a minimum of two weeks.

In the months of May and September it is rented only for a minimum of one week.

In the remaining dates the minimum length of stay is three days.

"Já não é a primeira vez ...

"Já não é a primeira vez que visito a vivenda, e como sempre encontro algo de novo e agradável que não existia na ultima visita. Desta vez foi a porta blindada, que aumentou consideravelmente o isolamento acústico e térmico da vivenda. Os proprietários são amigos e pessoas super impecáveis. É sempre bom voltar a Portugal de vez em quando e encontrar uma vivenda muito agradável e ser tratado com uma grande amabilidade."

A casa ideal para quem procura sossego e um espaço verde para relaxar

Espaço muito sossegado. Pode-se dormir à noite com janelas abertas e ouvir os passarinhos. Mesmo durante o dia é uma espaço quase sem barulho envolvente. Casa muito fresca mesmo nos dias de muito calor, apesar de não ter ar-condicionado. Casa ideal para dois casais amigos com filhos, como era o nosso caso.

"Cette maison est suremen...

"Cette maison est surement très sympa en été, mais elle ne devrait pas être louée en hiver. Elle n''est pas du tout adaptée. Nous avons été très déçue,et surtout, très très froid car elle n''est pas chauffée du tout. un tout petit radiateur pour une grande maison. De plus, le propriétaire nous a demandé d''aller acheter des radiateurs au lieu de lui donner le solde !!! ce que nous avons refusé bien sur. Ménage pas fait, et les draps d''un des lits n''étaient pas propres !!! Il nous a tout de même fournit deux tout petits appareils qui soufflait de l''air chaud mais les deux ensemble faisait sauter les plombs de la maison !!!! En conclusion, très belle région, mais cette maison ne devrait pas être louée en hiver."

"propreté excellente bru...

"propreté excellente bruit aucun sauf les chiens des voisins mais cela est supportable la location se situant dans un quartier résidentiel. environnement très agréable avec possibilité de balade dans la campagne environnante vue correcte le jardin est clos équipement excellent seule petite remarque concernant la vaisselle manque de verre,petite cuillère et bol notamment.Côté jardin il faudrait 2 bains de soleil supplémentaire. facilité d'accès parfait les plages sont à 5 minutes en voiture et le stationnement n'est pas un problème il y a toujours des places disponibles en tout cas durant la période Juin/Juillet."

"A vivenda foi perfeita para o nosso caso, pois eramos dois casais e 4 criancas e a casa e' a ideal para este numero de pessoas. Os proprietarios sao extremamente simpaticos e estas mini ferias foram super agradaveis. Sempre que voltarmos a Portugal e ao Algarve vamos tentar voltar a esta casa. Recomendo vivamente."

"Quería decirle que la estancia en su casa ha estado francamente muy bien. Hemos pasado unos dias inolvidables. Mis padres, mi hermana con sus dos hijos y mi novia y yo le agradecemos la estancia. La casa está muy bien equipada y es una finca muy bonita con un amplio jardín. Todo ello acompañado de un tiempo esplendido hacen que hayan sido unas vacaciones con muy buen recuerdo. Moito obrigado.
