Apparemment Génial surtout avec des enfants.Je vais revenir l'année prochaine. Mes enfants et moi on a adoré. Je vous le recommande. Parking privé, lave-vaisselle, 2 toilettes, près de la plage, ...Le propriétaire est super et fait tout pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Et j'ai adoré l'ambiance familiale de la Panne. Je recommande virement

La vue sur la plage est bouchée par les engins du chantier voisin. Dommage. Bonne proximité des commerces et du centre ville. La plage est tres agréable et les balades dans les petites rues à l'abri du vent sont sympathiques. La piece de sejour est ensoleillée et accueillante. Les chambres sont sombres et le balcon à l'arrière est répugnant et la vue déprimante. L'appartement est très bruyant a cause de passage du tram. Tout tremble. Les 2 toilettes sont bien pratiques et la literie correcte.

Excellente situation, tout était conforme à nos attentes. L éclairage pourrait être amélioré, notamment avec des lampes de chevet dans les chambres. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Die Lage und die Umgebung waren Mega, nur fährt gefühlt die Tram durch die Wohnung. Zum Glück fuhr sie nachts nicht.Die Lage hat das Ganze wett gemacht und wir konnten die Zeit trotz Lärmpegel genießen!Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Frau für den Schlüssel waren supernett!Dankeschön!

Bonjour Julien. Je vous présente mes meilleurs vœux de bonne et heureuse année 2025 pour vous et toute votre famille. J'ai été très étonné par votre évaluation. Durant le séjour vous ne m'avez pas contacté ni la conciergerie, c'est notre rôle de vous aider (même un 30 décembre) durant votre séjour. Vous citez le bruit le bruit en premier. Je suppose que vous voulez parler du tram et pas des autres occupants de l'immeuble. Il est exact que le tram provoque quelques vibrations lors de son passage qui peut être assimilé à du bruit. Vous citez la propreté sans autre détail, si vous nous aviez contacté dés la détection de ce problème la conciergerie serait venue rapidement pour remédier à vos constats. Concernant le froid, la je ne comprends pas du tout il y a un ou plusieurs radiateurs dans chaque pièces. Le chauffage est au gaz situé dans la cuisine qui produit également l'eau chaude. Derrière la porte d'entrée du living il y a un thermostat électronique qui permet d'augmenter ou diminuer la température ambiante. Si vous m'aviez contacté dés votre arrivée je vous aurais volontiers immédiatement expliqué le fonctionnement. Je regrette que vous ne l'avez pas fait. En ce qui concerne la literie, vous êtes le seul depuis plusieurs année qui portez une plainte à ce sujet. Pourriez me donner plus de détails à ce sujet afin de pouvoir apporter les améliorations que vous pourriez souhaiter. Quels lits avez vous utilisés ? Je suis à votre écoute. Vu vos remarques, je ne vous demanderai rien au sujet de votre animal domestique malgré ce nous avions convenu. Dans l'attente, bien cordialement, Serge.

Un excellent séjour à La Panne

Avec 2 de nos petites filles de 10 ans, un excellent séjour à La Panne. Très proche de la mer et du centre, très propre, bien équipé, très clair, mais assez petit. Cela nous semble trop petit pour occuper l'appartement à plus de 4 personnes. :

Une semaine a proximité de la plage.

Appartement bien situé. Vue mer oblique. Ascenseur. Propre. Chambres petites avec peu de place pour le rangement. Batterie de cuisine un peu juste. Eau chaude et frigo ok. Wifi en panne mais réparé en milieu de semaine.
