Kitchen and fire place. Situated in the south of Mallorca, to 10 Km to Santanyí, 16 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Coloni. Distance to the airport: 35 km. House with private pool and a large garden. It is more a rustic house of Majorcan style. New construction and consists of 200 square meters.
