The public swinning pool is 2 kms from here and it is very nice (2 pools + 1 for babies).
The Clos St Martin is an enclosed housing estate where children can play safely (there are children of varied ages).
The terrasse is very pleasant, especially for a litle nap in the afternoon (it's in shadow at that time and there is a hammock).
The house is thermically insulated and it never gets too warm in summer, if you take care to keep the main shutters closed.
Your intimity is preserved in the garden.
From the main room there is a view on the montains.
There is an additional child mattress to be laid on the floor if needed.
