Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere auch für Familien. William ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab alles was man brauchte, vom Mückenspray über Waschmittel bis hin zu Pooltüchern war alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und war sehr leise. Schön auch, dass sich alle relevanten Zimmer ebenerdig befinden und mit Rollläden zusätzlich ausgestattet sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. Man braucht ca. bis zu 30 Minuten, um wunderbare Dörfer oder Städte zu entdecken. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen tollen Vergnügungspark für Groß und Klein. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ansprechend und besonders eingerichtet und war absolut sauber. Der Pool ist groß und alarmgesichert. Wir danken William und seiner Frau sehr für diese tolle Unterkunft, die voll unseren Erwartungen entsprach, und Ihrer Flexibilität und hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Séjour très agréable. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis, sont sérieux.La piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. La maison est très belle et propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soit pendant 1 semaine.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus bei Nizza

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wunderschöner Pool und man hat seine Ruhe. Zum Meer mit dem Radl ca. 15 min. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage

William ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, alles war perfekt wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, ein perfekter Platz zum Erholen. Günstig gelegen, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kurze Fahrt zum Meer, nach Nizza oder Antibes.

Heerlijk zwembad

Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad, maar de prijs is niet in verhouding (te hoog). Het huis is verouderd (keuken, badkamer, toilet) en meubilair is deels aan vervanging toe (bijv. gat in stoel afgedekt met sjaal). Airco in woonkamer werkte niet (wel de units op slaapkamers, dus geen probleem). Zwembad is heerlijk! Alleen muggen, wespen en steekvliegen zijn heel vervelend en maken buiten eten onmogelijk!

Maison provençale avec beaucoup de charme

Jolie maison provençale, jardin agréable avec des petits coins ensoleillés et ombragés, belle piscine. A proximité de plusieurs villages sympas tout en étant au frais, dans un quartier calme et sans vis à vis. Les promenades au bord du loup sont dépaysantes. Belle rencontre avec le propriétaire William, à votre écoute pour vos besoins. Le COVID a fait que nous sommes restés dans notre belle région et nous n’avons aucun regret !

Schönes schnuckeliges Haus ! Sehr sauber und ordentlich 😀👍.Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt . Der außen Bereich war auch schön ,haben viel Zeit im kleinen Garten verbracht . Sehr ruhige Lage .Hr Boccara ist ein sehr sehr netter Vermieter -war gleich zur Stelle wenn man irgendwelche Probleme hatte .... Es war fast alles bestens 😌! Zwei Sachen haben wir zubemängeln :Es gibt nur eine Toilette (was bei uns jetzt nicht ein allzu großes Problem darstellte) da wir nur zu dritt waren .Zweitens 😬wir hatten keinen SAT Empfang ,konnten leider kein deutsches Fernseh schauen . Ansonsten nix zu meckern !

A beautiful Provencal house with a charming garden

A beautiful Provencal house, well-equipped, well-kept beautiful garden. It has everything you can dream of in France, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds in the bedrooms and a charming living room with a fireplace with excellent air-conditioning. A big attraction is the large and beautifully illuminated swimming pool in the garden at night. The facility is functional, modern, comfortable and safe. In the garden all the comforts. Mr. William as a host is very kind, friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. From here it is close to everywhere, approx. 900 m to the well-stocked supermarket E.Leclerc. You can take a walk to the surrounding villages of Villeneuve-Loubet, La Colle-sur-Loup with small museums and cafes and enjoy the atmosphere of the French province or take a car on the highway and be in Nice, Biot etc. or the beach in 10 minutes. We highly recommend this property for rest and relaxation! It reflects the spirit of the French idyll, it is comfortable, beautiful, beautifully lit and in a very good location. We will be going back there, because we already miss the house and the Provence-Cote d'Azur :)

Lovely house and nice host

The house was better than we expected with three good sized bedrooms, perfect for our family of five. Very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. We also appreciated the grill outside. The garden and is very nice and green, although smaller than we thought it would be. We really enjoyed the pool (especially our kids!) and the tranquility of the surroundings. The only thing we can think of as improvement is more cushions for the sunbeds (or more comfortable sunbeds) since they are of plastic and a bit hard. The garden is well equipped with furniture though. Our host William was very friendly, service minded and so helpful with everything. We really recommend to visit the nearest village (La Colle sur Loup), it is very cosy and that is where we found the best restaurants during our stay. The house is also super close to an excellent supermarket (E Leclerc, 900 meters) and the big shopping centre Polygone Riviera is a nice bonus. Thanks again for a lovely stay!
