In Capbreton, old house renovated and decorated with great taste, all comfort in the old town, quiet street, garden, patio equipped with a barbecue and a gas plancha. 50m from all shops on pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the beaches, free shuttle, and secure cycle paths,
Surf and sailing schools nearby (5, 10 min). The house is also 5 minutes from the marine lake and the Hossegor golf course.
Located in a very quiet street, but not far from the nightlife of the beaches and the port where many restaurants and night bars are grouped (10 mins).
10 minutes from Hossegor from its beautiful shops and its Surf shop: Billabong, Quiksilver, Rip curl ...
And maybe, if the conditions allow it, you will have the chance to see the biggest surfers in the world compete for the best waves in the region on the spots of: Santocha, the track, the North, the Gravière, the Estagnots ... 🏄 🏼‍♀️🏄🏾

Maison très agréable pour des vacances en famille. Facile à vivre et proche des commerces, du centre ville et de toutes les commodités. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très réactifs.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, la décoration est vraiment très sympa et l emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la rue commerçante sans le bruit.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Très bien située. Quartier très calme pourtant très proche du centre ville. Hôtes réactifs et arrangeants. Très bon séjour.Petit bémol pour le stationnement.

Jolie maison bien placée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison aux volets bleus. L’espace extérieur est sympa pour les repas, la maison est bien décorée. Christian est réactif et disponible. La maison est aussi tres bien placée. Nous avons circulé uniquement en vélo. Je précise que le lieu est calme même si proche du centre. Prévoir un forfait drap en plus.

Maison pleine de charme au centre de Capbreton

C'est une maison ancienne pleine de charme, et super bien positionnée en plein centre de Capbreton. Tout est accessible à pied, en vélo et des navettes bus gratuites sont prévues pour l'accès aux plages. La terrasse arborée est une "bulle" de tranquillité, avec une partie abritée, ce qui permet de vivre dehors en permanence. Les 4 chambres sont très calmes, et la maison est bien équipée. Christian et Taly sont très accueillants et disponibles pour toute question pratique. Merci à eux et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A secret garden

Great location: close to shops and a walk away from the sea. Once inside the property it is like being in your own secret garden. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but one only needs the car for trips out of town. Christian and Natalie are charming hosts. Only one quibble: the bathroom looked lovely but was difficult to keep dry, a possible problem in such an old house. All in all though we loved the house and holiday.

Havre de paix

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette jolie maison aux volets bleus. Maison située en plein centre du bourg de Capbreton à un pas des commerces et cafés mais étonnement paisible. La terrasse couverte et le patio sont restés nos endroits préférés et la plancha a été notre principale ustensile de cuisine. La maison est très bien équipée : il ne manque rien. Situation idéale : proche des plages, des pistes cyclables, des commerces. Cette maison est un véritable cocon et possède une âme. Une dernière chose, les propriétaires sont à l'image de leur bien. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroi.

La Maison aux volets bleus. Location Capbreton

Maison très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût , avec tout le confort nécessaire, idéalement située dans quartier tranquille malgré la proximité des commerces et restaurants...( 5 mn à pied). Plages à 10 mn à vélo par pistes cyclables, et navettes toute les 1 2 H. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires... Le +: terrasse patio équipée d une plancha, parfait pour les dîners entre amis, un havre de paix dans la vie balnéaire... Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 jeunes enfants et 2 Ados et nous y avons tous trouvés notre compte... Nous y retournons cette année avec d'autres amis car Capbreton est , pour moi, une station balnéaire qui a encore une identité , et seulement à 10 mn d' Hossegor ville branchée , paradis du shopping et du surf. (Et de la nuit...)

Située dans le vieux Capbreton à côté de l’ancien couvent, ce quartier de Capbreton est calme loin de l’agitation touristique mais à deux pas de la place avec ses petits restaurants et ses animations.
