La Casetta di Zia Mimmì is located in the historic centre of Roseto Degli Abruzzi.<br>The rental payment is made directly to the owner, so no intermediaries are involved. <br><br>La Casetta is a standalone property consisting solely of the ground floor. The beach is within easy walking distance (about 120 metres). A defining feature of the house is its connection to its origins (early 1900s): the recent renovation has, in fact, preserved the original structure and the attention to detail “from the past,” while incorporating modern comforts. This feature offers guests the pleasure of a unique experience enriched by moments of relaxation that can be enjoyed in the large private courtyard, where there are three umbrellas, two tables (one for games and the other for meals), two comfortable wavy lounge chairs, two beach chairs, and a cosy rocking chair, all surrounded by plants and flowers. As one of the first houses in the city centre, the water supply comes from the Ruzzo Aqueduct, so it seems as though it has a trickle of spring water from the “Gran Sasso d’Italia” mountain range.<br><br>There is also an outdoor shower (with hot water) for a quick rinse after coming back from the beach.<br><br>The cottage has two kitchens: one is large with wooden beams on the ceiling, while the other is cosier, featuring a fireplace, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a kitchen with an oven, and a table with chairs.<br><br>There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed plus (if desired) a single bed or a wooden children’s bed
