Aloha future guests! All properties in our ohana or family have Hawaiian names. We call this Kapalua Golf Villa, Hale O Alihilani', which means 'home where the ocean meets the sky'.

JUST LIKE IN THE PICTURES, QUALITY RENOVATION, FABULOUS OCEAN VIEWS!

Centrally located on the top row of the complex in building 24, this top floor corner "V" level villa has 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and offers approximately 900 square feet of luxurious amenities with tropical accents and impressive panoramic ocean views. No disappointments here!

Such a perfect setting for 2 adults to enjoy year round Hawaiian sunsets, warm ambiance and romantic moments just above the big blue ocean!

** Please note that a cleaning fee of $200 + tax will be charged for Hale O Alihilani'.

This 1 bedroom villa, approximate 900 sq ft interior not including lanai, resides in building 24 on the top floor with an expansive living space with windows and slider doors all facing west towards the magnificent Pacific ocean and incredible Hawaiian sunsets. This is an end unit so no one stays above or beside on one end providing a more expansive panoramic view. This villa has undergone an extensive renovation to both the exterior of the building and interior of this specific villa. Just completed in July 2014 and gladly accepted into our exclusive ohana of properties.

All the properties we market have been updated to a standard beyond many claiming a 'gold' standard. That standard is fine for some but our owners decided they wanted something different with custom features more suiting to their own taste rather than the cookie cutter template models.

Much of what makes our guests experience special is the onsite services we include at a competitive price. Our concierge service includes:
~ "OPTIONAL" greeting of guests at the villas with Hawaiian lei greetings.
~ We can stock the groceries prior to arrival, with advance guest request.
~ "OPTIONAL" personal tour thru the villa highlighting all the amenities and how they work and all the while, answering any questions they may have from a locals perspective.

We are on call for our guests 24/7 while they are on island. We want to be sure you are comfortable and confident in your home away from home.

We are happy to facilitate any special requests for special occasions or just because. We will do our best to make your next vacation the very best it can be.

The view was absolutely beautiful! The bed and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The AC unit did not work, but portable AC units were provided. The bedroom unit was noisy but great; the unit in the living room/kitchen area worked harder to get the area cooled. Overall, a wonderful place to stay

We were fortunate to have found this lovely villa for our recent trip to Maui. The unit was well-situated on a golf course and beautifully laid out - a spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (just loved the rainwater tiled shower!), another bathroom w/washer & dryer, comfortable living room (loved the two reclining seats for TV viewing!), dining area and the full kitchen. We spent quite a lot of time on the lanai; in addition to a table w/chairs there was comfortable lounging furniture where we enjoyed spectacular views across rooftops to the ocean and the islands of Molokai & Lanaii. We loved the property with the walkable trails, pools, restaurants and other amenities within easy reach. Our host Dave was great - he made check-in & check-out easy and responded to questions in record time. We highly recommend this property!

Hidden gem

The romantic view is unbeatable!! My boyfriend and I watched the sunset from the balcony every night. It’s walking distance to the beaches. The condo is clean and well stocked with necessities. There’s washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

honeymoon trip

We were very pleased with our stay here!! The place is even more beautiful than the listing pictures. The view is incredible. We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and we were so sad to leave. Will 100% be back!! Pros: - the view - the location - easy check in / check out process - parking - access to multiple pools, sadly we didn’t get the chance to take advantage of them! Cons: - using a physical key instead of a key pad - the bed was a little noisy if you move / wake up frequently in the night time - the washer looked like it had some mold around the seal (otherwise very clean elsewhere!)

Beautiful view, location and condo

We so enjoyed our recent stay at this condo! The view is amazing, and the condo well decorated and appointed. Dave is so nice, and will have the condo ready with what ever you want, and help with anything that you want to do. The bed in the condo is very comfortable, which can not be said for most rental condos, and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed all of the close by restaurants instead of cooking, but picking up fresh fruit for breakfast, was easy, and the kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed not having to pack so much with the nice washer and dryer to use. Be sure to go to Merman's restaurant down the hill for the sunset view, dinner or their wonderful brunch on Sunday's! We really enjoyed our stay and will book again soon! Dave was available if we had any questions or issues, and was very helpful. Book this condo without any worry or care that you will enjoy it! I say this with confidence after going to Maui for over 40 years! Best stay ever!

Condo is as described.

The condo is as described in the listing. The view is fantastic. Sunsets were spectacular. The property is well maintained. All of the appliances I used (washer/dryer/dishwasher/fridge/blender/toaster/microwave) worked. The kitchen was well equipped. My only quibble was communication with the property manager. I had to reach out twice to get parking details, grocery information and checkin instructions. Given that it was right before Christmas, however, I was willing to cut them some slack. I would suggest, also, that the management company invest in keypad locks. The keys provided were clearly many generations removed from the original and were difficult to use. Also, it is possible to lock oneself out if you accidentally locked the doorknob.

Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean, quiet, and beautiful. The lanai was furnished with a new sofa and chairs and was a comfy place to enjoy our coffee or cocktails and of course the view. The air con was perfect and kept us perfectly cool in the heat of September. It was so convenient to walk over to the local restaurants (excellent Italian food!) or use the free shuttle to get to the beach. Thanks for a great experience!

Wonderful stay once again

After staying in this lovely place a few years ago with my husband I just had to come back. Unfortunately he passed away last year from cancer but it was a lovely place to come and spend so quite time. Hiking and running in the hills was our thing so it was good to be able to do again.Enjoying this beautiful place,sunrise and sunsets, (I even saw my first moon bow) was just perfect for me! Dave takes good care of everything and all went seamlessly until I got to the airport and found I left me phone back at the property. Dave was a huge help and took care of everything for me and mailed it back to me!!!Cant say enough about this property and Dave!!! Highly recommend.

Beautifully remodeled condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in our Kapalua golf villa. The area was very quiet, the views of the Pacific, Molokai and Lanai superb. The pools were very clean, warm, and had Weber gas grills there for your use. The condo’s kitchen had everything you could possibly need with nice dishes and plenty of mugs and wine glasses. It even had a coffee grinder, so when you make your stop at Costco, pick up your coffee in bean form! The king bed was very comfortable and had very nice quality linens. The beautifully remodeled bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Loved the rainfall shower head. There was ample hot water. The only suggestion I would make is that it is approaching time to replace the recliner chairs in the LR, which are rather worn and balky. Nice new comfy sofa! Nice quality deck set for dinner and sunset viewing. Nice new full size stackable washer and drier in the half bath. This place is a gem!

Felt like home!

Just back home from a relaxing stay in a spacious, clean and convenient condo in the Golf Villas of Kapalua. In addition to the tasteful decor and magnificent ocean view, the well appointed kitchen made enjoying breakfasts and lunches and even a few dinners in our condo very possible. Although there is an “on call” shuttle that serves the Kapalua Resort we could easily walk to Kapalua Bay beach for excellent snorkeling and relaxing beach time. Dave, our attentive property manager was friendly and readily available though had no real issues with the condo that required his attention. Would definitely try to book this unit again.

This unit has a fantastic location and has been masterfully appointed with beautiful color schemes. The appearance of the granite counter tops and backsplash are a real work of art! We enjoyed the view and the serenity of the location.
