We invite you to relax and enjoy our luxurious Golf Villa which is perfect for two persons who desire a highly upgraded place to stay in Maui. Our spacious Villa has Sweeping Ocean Views from the Island of Lanai to the Island of Molokai.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE when visiting Maui. Where you stay does make a difference as to your enjoyment. Our Golf Villa is Professionally Cleaned and Maintained to assure your comfort and cleanliness. Every effort has been made to maintain high standards and make sure our Villa is a place you will GREATLY ENJOY and a place to which you would like to return. We are confident you will enjoy our home away from home.

Our Villa is located at the top of the Golf Villas. It is easy to access and is all on the street level. There are plenty of parking spaces just 35 steps from our front door. It is peaceful and quiet and is away from the early morning noise from the lawn mowers at the golf course.

The living room is nicely furnished and decorated. There is a wide screen TV's and Blu-ray players for your enjoyment. The kitchen features granite counters. Appliances include; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The large bedroom has a very comfortable NEW king-size mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors on to our double wide private lanai which has awesome, unobstructed, ocean views. The floors are tiled and have carpeting in the living room and bedroom areas. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet which includes the Extra Large private lanai. Our Villa has a level entry and is all on one level. There are no stairs to climb. We have provided an 'Availability Calendar' for your convenience. In my instructions I state “Also, please note that there are limit switches on the sliding glass doors leading to the lanai that ‘when opened’ will turn off the air conditioners. If this happens you will need to close the lanai doors and manually turn the air conditioners back on. We want you to be comfortable…..” A quick phone call solved the problem!

Kapalua Paradise

The villa was fabulous and true to descriptions and pictures. The kitchen is well appointed with pans and utensils for any needs. We loved the large lanai and views. We would love to stay here again!

This Golf villa condo was very clean and very well appointed. Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, paper products and beach gear. (There were a few quirky things like an amazing number of throw pillows on the bed, sofas and chairs with spares in the drawers of the dresser!) The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay

Beautiful one bedroom, with an almost unbeatable sunset view. Has two bathrooms which makes getting ready easier for two. Has laundry in unit. Kapuli beach is a short walk away (although walking back is straight up hill). Can’t recommend this place enough.

We have returned many times since and finally in 2021 we decided to purchase our second home in our vacation paradise at Kapalua. We are happy to share paradise with you.

Our villa is just a short walk to one of the best sandy beaches.....at Kapalua Bay. Kapalua Bay has a great white sandy beach with calm waters and perfect snorkeling.

TWO Golf Courses....The Plantation Course is annually rated as a Top 100 golf course in the world and is consistently ranked as the “Best Golf Course You Can Play” in Hawaii.....and also the Bay Course.
