We loved this spot!

This home was great! So clean and well outfitted with everything we could have needed. It was a short walk to both the beach and the pool, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The roof deck was beautiful, and the views of the ocean from the open kitchen/dining/living room made it truly feel like vacation. The beds were all really comfortable and we loved having the rooms on different levels. Thank you Brian for being so helpful and quick to respond - 10 out of 10 - we would absolutely stay here again!

Great value on a fun Holiday Weekend in Las Gaviotas

The rooftop deck is the highlight of Casa Nomadi. A great place to enjoy the sunset or early morning hours watching the surfers. The bedrooms are good size and we were a family of 4. The space might feel tight with 6 people. There is no AC and the beds are very firm but the house was well appointed. For us it was a great value price wise and we were grateful it was available as we booked only a few weeks ahead of a holiday weekend. Las Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. The beach was fantastic, it feels very safe, and we took advantage of the basketball and pickleball along with the pool and hot tub.

A slice of heaven in Baja

Was a perfect weekend in a perfect house in a fabulous location. We love Las Gaviotas and the extra special touch of the roof top deck with gas fire pit made happy hour and sunset even better. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful 3bdrm! It was perfect w/our family of 4 and excellent location to chill and watch surf! The rooms were all comfortable & loved the location! Best gaviotas house ever!

We took a girls trip down for my birthday and this house was PERFECT. This is by far the best Gaviotas house I've rented and I would highly recommend it! Amazing views, super clean, and a short walk to the surf break, beach, and pool! The house was incredibly helpful and responsible, as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to be back!

A Baja home away from home

Las Gaviotas is a great way for US families to experience Baja. Close to Rosarito, Ruta de Vino, and great beaches. The community has a private beach, swimming pool, and tennis court. The house we stayed at was very comfortable and stocked with all the essentials for a weeklong stay. We were able to cook many meals and the kids had access to WiFi. Brian the owner was very responsive and helpful in the beginning of our stay. We would stay there again.

Great place to relax and unwind - 11/10 would recommend

We were pleasantly surprised because the property is roomier than the photos suggest. We stayed for 5 days with our two older teens, and had enough space to spread out and relax. This house is a quirky old Spanish-style tri-level home, with tile and stone floors, Mexican tiles and both a balcony and roof-top deck. It feels shaded and cool inside, while the bright sun shines out over the balcony and deck. The master bedroom is spacious, and has an unusual tiled bathroom with steps leading up into the room and steps into the shower. *One thing to note is that this bathroom has a low lintel in the doorway that reduces headroom. It didn't bother me at 5'2" but the hubbs (6'2") banged his head on it so many times. So many. I almost wanted to hang streamers on it to remind him. The other 2 guest bedrooms are smaller but comfortable, and share another tiled bathroom with steps leading up. The kitchen & family room area has plenty of seating, and is well-stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and more than enough plates/bowls/cups, and cutlery to cook and feed a family without running out of anything. The kitchen and family room have a view of the ocean through the wall of glass and slider, leading to the small balcony which has a BBQ, patio seating for 2, and bar-height seating for 2, and a lovely view of the ocean. Spiral stairs lead to a large rooftop patio with expansive 360* views of the ocean, and plenty of places to sit and relax - a patio dining table, 2 chaise lounges, and a sofa with a firepit. We all enjoyed morning coffee and evening meals up-top, as well as the firepit while watching the stars at night. Brian (the host) is really good at responding to questions quickly and had good suggestions. Overall, this house felt relaxed and comfortable, with plenty of spaces to spread out and chill, or come together and hang. It was less than 5 mins down to the beach, the pool, and the walkway. On the weekend, F-Sun, the pool hosted 2 taco stands with made to order tacos, ceviche, salsa, etc. The paths leading down to the beach are picturesque, with lots of lovely plantings, pottery, archways, tiled entrances and stairways to admire. Its a lovely spot with nothing to do but swim, surf, fish, eat, and relax. I'd for sure stay here again, and 100* recommend it.

Great Stay

My husband, and I, and two teen sons stayed at Villa #70 in Las Gaviostas. We had the best time and can't wait to come back next year. We loved the villa! It was clean and has an open roomy floor plan. We enjoyed the split level with the bedrooms on different levels. We also enjoyed the roof top deck. Ocean views from every window. My boys surf and the private beach and great surf break right in front the the villa did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

Great Getaway!

We come down to Las Gaviotas Annually. This was a great place to stay and met all the needs of my family. The unique layout of the home was fun for my family to stay in. The rooftop area was fantastic as there were less obstructed views of the beatiful ocean. The Bathrooms and Bedrooms/ linens were all very clean The Kitchen has a great Island .There are fun mexican tiles throughout the home giving it tons of Character. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook/ etc. Make sure to get a copy of the Entry form for Las Gaviotas prior to your stay as although there are new procedures, The guards at the front seem to prefer a printed hard copy of the Entry form.. Not on your cell phone. We would enjoy another visit to Las Gaviotas and would stay in this home again anytime. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their Great Getaway!

This particular unit should have central air or split system due to the fact the heat comes up off the unit below. Fans were just not helpful because of the roof in front of us!

Great stay

I've stayed at Gaviotas many times. My girlfriend and I stayed Sept. 16-21, 2019. The location is great, on the east side of the neighborhood, a quick walk to the beach and pool. The house has everything you need. The roof deck with fireplace is the ultimate. Unbeatable view and ambiance up there The layout of the kichen/den/dining room is great. There are a few steps going up to the master BR and bath and some going down to the other 2 BRs and bath. Brian responded promptly to me prior to our stay. No need to get in touch with him during our stay. We had a great time. One thing it needs is a new screen door. However, I have no complaints, highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

The Pictures cannot portray how beautiful this place is.

The house is gorgeous! It was more than enough room for my family and my boys had tons of room to play. Everything was clean and we had all the conveniences of home but with an amazing view. The owner communicated exceptionally well with us about any and all questions that we had. The entire trip was phenomenal because we had no worries at all about the house and our stay. The owner also gives really great information through email about checking in and leaving Mexico. I highly recommend coming here for a stress free time.
