2 Bedroom Suite (1500 sqft.) Condo, located in the las Olas Grand for a relax full experience. 2 Bedroom and 2 Full Baths with the Master Bath Jacuzzi. Ocean front views from the Balcony, living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Master bed and Master Bath Jacuzzi, the choice is yours.

If you wishing to just stay in, we offer A full kitchen with everything you need to cook like in a home, We offer drinking water in water dispenser. Cable TV in the Bedrooms, and Amazon Prime Video and Internet TV in Living Room, along with Wifi thru out the condo. Need to make a call no problem you can make local or long-distance calls from the condo.
If you wish to relax in the complex there is patio furniture for you to relax, infinity pools, Infinity Jacuzzis, Infinity gym (for Long Stays Only), Infinity Sauna along with four private cabanas with infinity Jacuzzis. Valley ball court, Tennis court, Basketball court and children’s pool. Or you just plan want to go surfing you can surf or relax and watch dolphins or whale watching from the comfort of your 232 sqft. balcony.

This condo was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable!! It was a very relaxing staying. We loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and enjoyed the ocean and property view. My daughter and I enjoyed the different pools on the property. We did not want leave. We will definitely be back.

The price was good for what it is. But the host was not honest in describing the accomodations in their listing which really rubbed me the wrong way. Positivity, it does have lots of amenities like the large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and a beautiful view. Love the ocean view, the infinity pool, and the jacuzzi tubs down in the public areas. However, the unusable state of many things left much to be desired. The dishwasher was not operational. The condo does not have AC which was not properly disclosed in the description of the property. And none of the TVs worked properly the entire stay. We eventually resorted to just streaming stuff on our phones. Additionally the complex has been struggling with money issues for years leading to many of the areas in the space feeling creepy or being fully abandoned. The staircase in the complex would be a fire hazard in an emergency having manual interior doors at every level that have to be opened. From the floor this property is on, safe evacuation would require manually opening over 20 doors and running down over 40 flights of stairs. The host claimed the building was built to "American Standards" but the fire escape alone shows this is not true as this would never pass any fire marshal inspection. I still think it is a good place for a quick and relaxing getaway at a reasonable price. But it comes with many quirks that need to be more heavily disclosed with more honesty than what was provided. Things fixed and operational.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few details regarding your experience: •A/C: As noted in our online listing, the property does not feature air conditioning. •TV's/ Streaming: When you reached out to Sal regarding the Roku stick in the living room not working, please note that the living room TV is a Smart TV equipped with Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The issue you have was with Netflix, we do not advertise this streaming services in our listing; we offer logged-in accounts as an unadvertised courtesy. Occasionally, guests log out of our account to use their own, which can disrupt service for the next stay. However, basic cable is available in all bedrooms by turning on the cable boxes. When you contacted Sal during your stay, he was glad to assist by remotely setting up Netflix for you. •Dishwasher: Thank you for reporting this issue to our attention. Our team is actively looking into it so it can be resolved for future guests. Building & Emergency Features: As with many properties across LA County & internationally, manual fire doors on each level are specifically designed to prevent smoke from spreading between floors during an emergency. Las Olas is also equipped with ceiling fire sprinklers on every floor & inside every condo. Additionally, every floor features a fire hose station. the safety of our guests remains our top priority.Thank you again

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. This complex is equipped with one car slot per unit, which is stated on the paperwork and provided to our guests prior to their arrival. We also advertise only one parking space, In spite of this, looking at your reservation, we were able to arrange the rental of the second car slot for you. Due to the complex’s location these are the HOA rules we have to abide by were each unit will have access to a parking slot. Perhaps in the future the complex or lot next to the complex can be made available. Until then we will continue to accommodate our guests the best that we can.

This place was absolutely amazing. The advertisement did not disappoint. One bit. The views and amenities were exactly as mentioned if not better the staff was very attentive and accommodating for my girlfriend, and I who speak very little Spanish. You won't be disappointed!

The Condominium is beautiful and the view is out of this world! They have two beds in one bedroom and a King size bed on the master bedroom. Everything is clean and there is everything you need to feel at home for your stay. The pools are amazing and relaxing.

Beautiful home

This home was spectacular and absolutely lived up to the description. It was pristinely clean, had all the amenities someone could hope for. The view from the balcony was so relaxing with the sound of the waves. Sal was a great host and communicated everything prior to my trip to ensure everything was ready for my arrival. We will absolutely be back. This home was one of my favorite stays.

The staff was very helpful from beginning to end. The photos did not do the property justice. It was so clean and a huge , comfy space. The views were spectacular. Having the right clean view was great. The location is super quiet but still close enough to shopping and food. We would definitely recommend and will be returning soon
