Villa With private heated pool and sea views

Casa Joja is a pretty end of terrace Luz bay home and is ideal for a family group of 5. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Luz Village and is only a few minutes walk form the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The swimming pool can be heated if required (additional cost to be agreed). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and large bathroom, while the middle blue room has twin beds. The third smaller bedroom also has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A safe with code can also be utilised. .The stairs leading up to the large sitting area has a stair gate in situ, the dining area can seat up to 8 people (extendable table) . The house benefits from a large modern well equipped kitchen and open living area leading on to outside terrace with large table and seating and beautiful views over Luz beach. High speed internet is available in the villa.

We have been coming to Praia da Luz since the 1980's. We decided to buy the property in 2002 for family holidays and have remained there ever since. Our children have learnt to play tennis and had surf lessons and hoping to have a go at golf soon!
