Pretty townhouse, close to some of Portugal's best beaches and best restaurants in Portugal. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area. It is newly furnished and decorated. It has a fully equip kitchen and is set in beautiful grounds with shared pool that is nearly always empty of people, so very private and peaceful, and safe! Very very relaxing Hol!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be ready to vacate house by 10 am on morning of departure!
Unless otherwise arranged arrival at house is 4pm on day of arrival!
Please do not leave any perishable foods anywhere in house and please lock up and turn lights off inside and out! Many thanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Extra cleans will be paid directly to the cleaner at 75 pounds per clean. Laundry is on top.
