This is the most Wonderfull and peaceful villa. We had our dogs with us and the walking was great. Close to all amenities and beaches we couldn't have asked for more. The hosts are great and looked after us very well. We have already booked our next visits

Great Family property

The Villa is set in a beautiful and quiet location. It has a great swimming pool and outside BBQ area. The local beaches are within easy reach and access to other locations is very simple. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this property.

Pretty Villa in Great Location

We enjoyed our stayed one month stay at Villa Tanya. Our hosts were friendly and inviting. The gardens and pool are beautifully maintained. The villa is clean and comfortable with everything required. The location, just outside Albufeira, is peaceful and private yet close to beaches and shopping.

Just Perfect

Great Hosts, location, facilities. Would definitely recommend if you want peace and quiet, little to no noise during our stay of 7 nights end Sept 2024. Car required, unless you don't mind walking or using taxi's.

We have just had the most relaxing 2 weeks here. Very quiet, immaculately kept gardens and outdoor areas. We really enjoyed the location too. Just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. This made a big difference. We hired a car and used it for some supermarket runs and to go to different beaches. And Uber to/ from Albufeira old town was between 6-8. Hosts are great, very easy to communicate with. Entry/leaving was all super-easy. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bed villa. Traveling as a group of six, including four adults and two children under 4, we found the space perfect for our needs. The outdoor area was definitely the highlight – the gardens were beautifully maintained, and we loved spending our evenings in the BBQ and seating area, which made for the perfect spot to relax. Inside, the living room was very spaciousand the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The villa had everything we needed, and the secluded location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended for families or groups.

Tranquility and nice outside area

It was the first time that we went back to a previous villa. It is perfectly situated and very quiet. The outside area is perfect. Unfortunately we had a lot of bad weather for the first time, whick required us to spend more time inside the villa. There it is a bit outdated and only one of the two showers is working properly

October Half term escape

The villa is in a wonderful location, so quiet and secluded and yet close to many great restaurants, beaches and a local Spar/bakery for fresh provisions. Looks exactly as pics show, lovely gardens. The pool was a bit cool as we weren’t so lucky with the sunshine to warm it up but we made the most of it all the same! Welcome was warm and friendly and the food package on arrival was a welcome treat. Very well equipped with everything you might need. We could have easily stayed for more than a week and would recommend it to friends and family. WiFi isn’t the strongest, but that didn’t bother us.. nice to be more off grid than on for a bit! Valentina was very prompt with responses before and during our stay, many thanks indeed!

Outdated

Location is fine, near to the beach and restaurants. The house is disappointing. There is no, or very limited internet. Everything is outdated. The kitchen is very old and all equipment is at end of life. This is the same for the bedrooms and bathrooms. It is not able to flush toilet paper through the toilet, this is very inconvenient because you need tot dispose your toiletpaper yourself. Also outside is disappointing because again all furniture is almost broken or outdated. Overall the whole house is not comfortable. You would expect more for the price this house is listed.

Entspannung pur!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt!Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus und der Garten sind noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist und wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Ein perfekter Ort zum runterkommen und von der Lage her trotzdem so zentral, dass alles möglich ist. Für Fragen standen uns die Gastgeber immer zur Verfügung und haben super schnell reagiert!Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! Danke für diese tolle Zeit😊

Une villa de rêve

Une annonce conforme à la réalité même mieux. Une location magnifique, très propre, très spacieuse, très bien équipée, on s'y sent de suite comme à la maison. La cuisine d'été est très appréciable, la piscine ensoleillée très agréable et le jardin sans vis à vis et de toute beauté est de plus bien sécurisé et clos pour les animaux, notre boule de poil a adoré pouvoir gambader sans contrainte. La location est très bien entretenue avec le passage du propriétaire 2 fois par semaine pour la piscine et le jardin et pour un séjour de 2 semaines par une femme de ménage qui change draps et linge. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location bien située de plus pour visiter l'Algarve.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub, die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen wunderschönen Garten und einen großen Pool. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben 4 Wochen Urlaub in der sehr gepflegten VillaTanja und Garten verpracht ..Haus und Garten hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht.Die sympatische Valentina war gleich zur Stelle bei Fragen ,kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst.Gärtner u. Bel endroit

Proche des plages, villa agréable, très propre, piscine non chauffée ( dommage c’est si simple avec des panneaux solaires ecolo et gratuit) un peu compliqué à trouver , les GPS ne trouvent pas ... mais je conseille cette location.
