Recent house, large volume, all confort (air conditionning), both closed to the beach (300m), but far enough be be quiete. Open view into trees, without facing neighbour. Large wooden terrace same level than living room but also the swimming-pool (alarm for children security, in progress, completion by May 2006). Placed in the birth village of Fernandel (famous french actor in 50's), ideal place to go around Provence within one hour drive (Aix en Provence, les Beaux de Provence, Cassis, La Camargue, ...)
