Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les explications et la visites étaient claires. Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel pour des adultes et des enfants, aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur. La terrasse est très agréable. Le village propose toutes les commodités (bar librairie, courses, biulangerie, restaurants,.....). Il y a beaucoup d'activités aux alentours et les bus sont pratiques. Nous recommandons ce logement !!

Maison agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Marsilly, en famille, pour fêter Noël. Le quartier est très clame, la maison est bien équipée, proche de toutes les commodités. L'extérieur est également bien aménagé et entretenu, le jardin doit être très agréable aux beaux jours. Petit bémol à propos de l'humidité de la maison, la saison hivernale n'aide pas, et elle n'était pas chauffée avant que nous arrivions, mais la literie en porte les stigmates. Nous aurions également apprécié que ménage eut été un peu plus poussé.

Le seul bémol, herbes très hautes pas d'entretien extérieur. Mobilier extérieur un peu défectueux.

Location à conseiller

Très bonne situation de la location : au nord le Marais Poitevin et la Côte des Fleurs, au sud la Côte sauvage, ses îles sans oublier la magnifique ville de La Rochelle.... Merci à Madame FAURE pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Maison agréable, au calme, spacieuse, très bien équipée... Au top si une douche à l'italienne remplaçait la baignoire.
