A charming traditional villa with fabulous pool
We stayed a month in this villa, in October, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We received a lovely welcome pack (not sure if this happens with every booking) which was lovely and useful. It would have been nice to also have some toilet paper in there! You definitely need a car if you're staying here as it's in the country, about a 5 minute drive from Pollensa (15 mins from Puerto Pollensa) and it's peaceful and rustic and has a lovely pool which is easy to get in and out. Josep Pons (who manages the property) was extremely helpful and responsive. As we stayed for a month there were a couple of things that needed attention, but Josep responded quickly and efficiently. The one thing to note is the WiFi speed. The WiFi is a satellite connection and was patchy and slower than we expected so if the speed is important to you do check carefully what actual speed can be expected. (That's why I gave the 4* instead of the 5*) Also mosquitoes and biting flies were around so make sure you stock up with repellent. A most relaxing stay.

Great all round villa
The villa all round was great, the instructions to find the location was perfect and on arriving there were sufficient provisions to get us through the first night. The pool was great for our young boy, as was the surrounding area. Our only negative comment was around dusk the local dogs bark quite loudly, but not enough to put us off recommending the location.

A great house with a fabulous pool!
We loved our week's stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is a perfect size, with an excellent shower. The pool is perfect - shallow at one end and deep at the other. The addition of air con in the bedrooms a great luxury in the heat. Having such thick walls, the villa stayed cool regardless of the 30+ temperature outside. A car is essential, but that meant we could tour various parts of the island we'd not visited before: great castle at Campera, amazing market at Inca, incredible caves at Campanet and the beautiful wilds of S'Abufera. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Finca. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Betten im Doppelzimmer super, im Kinderzimmer sind es lediglich Klappliegen, was für größere Kinder oder Erwachsene eher ungemütlich ist. Schwierig war es für uns, die Finca zu finden. Letztlich haben wir uns aber anhand der Wegbeschreibung doch noch hingefunden. Check-In war dann sehr einfach und wir waren begeistert von der Finca und dem wirklich schönen und großen Salzwasserpool. Schade fanden wir, dass trotz mehrfacher Hinweise die Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktionierte und der Kescher für den Pool löste sich bei jeder Nutzung mehr auf. Hier merkte man, dass es dem Saisonende zugeht. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Anlage, der aber etwas Zuwendung nicht schaden würde und auf der man immer auf Hunde- oder Katzenbesuch vorbereitet sein sollte.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Danke für diese tolle Finca! Wir waren 10 Tage dort, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Wie zuvor geschrieben ist das Anwesen kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt, aber das ist wirklich nicht schlimm. Im Gegenteil, man hat die Kids im Blick und schon morgens ab in den Pool. Ebenso ist es angenehm ruhig und nach einer kurzen Fahrt nach Polenta bekommt man alles was man braucht. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und uns gut entspannt. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist gemütlich & authentisch gestaltet. In echt etwas kleines als auf den Fotos, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Nachbarn sind weit entfernt oder man sieht sie nicht. Es gibt einen Salzwasser-Pool & eine Outdoor-Dusche. Großer & ruhiger Garten. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren keine Basics wie Lappen, Spülmittel, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Ein Bett im Kinderzimmer ist leider schon sehr durchgelegen und quietscht bei jedem Umreden.Alles in allem haben wir uns aber super wohl gefühlt & sehr gerne die Woche in Pollenca verbracht!Ohne Mietwagen ist es eher schwierig, da es schon im Landesinneren liegt. Nach 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man Supermärkte wie Lidl oder Eroski. Die Kommunikation mit Josep war super nett & sehr schnell - danke dafür! P.S: Die Pool-Beleuchtung funktioniert von 22-1 Uhr - es ist der linke Schalter im Wohnzimmer, der einfach angeschalten werden muss ;)

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur. Schön ruhig, Nachbarn sind weit entfernt, wie in anderen Beschreibungen erwähnt haben diese Nachbarn Hunde die öfter mal bellen. Mietwagen sollte man haben. Anbindung mit öffentlichen bestimmt schwierig. Man hat nur digitalen, sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit Josep und Schlüssel kann mit einem Code vor dem Tor aus einer Box entnommen werden. Man teilt sich Einfahrt mit einem netten britischen Auswandererpaar mit Hund (Freya, der auch ab und zu vorbeikommt). Gute Straße zur Unterkunft, unter 10 min zu großen Supermärken wie Lidl und Eroski. Über Autobahn in 45 min in Palma. Markt am Sonntag in Pollenca ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bilder treffen die Unterkunft, hier ist nichts geschönt. Sehr helles Wohnzimmer. Türen vom Wohnzimmer können ganz geöffnet werden Richtung Terasse. Salzwasser-Pool sehr groß, wie auf Bildern und gepflegt. Pool-Beleuchtung ging bei uns nicht. Auf einer Poolseite kleine Treppen und Pool wird abfallend sogar sehr tief. Wunderschöner

Das Objekt war nicht gut gepflegt! Die Innenausstattung in keinen guten Zustand und zu alt! Alle verschiedene Möbel zusammen gesucht! Schlafzimmerschränke nicht benutzbar! Duschvorhang Schimmelbildung! Alle Fotos zum Agenten weiter geleitet! Wir haben dieses Objekt zu teuer bezahlt!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!
vorneweg.....es war ein wirklich sehr schöner, stressfreier und erholsamer urlaub auf dem anwesen. das haus ist klein, aber fein...es hat alles was man braucht. die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. wir waren zu zweit dort und haben die abgeschiedenheit (dh. mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein) und ruhe absolut genossen. natürlich bellt da auch mal ein nachbarhund, wie von einigen vorigen mietern beschrieben, aber das wäre mehr als in den krümeln gesucht. die vorhandenen vier poolliegen sind ein wenig durchgelegen, das ist aber auch das einzige, was wir als negativ bemängeln könnten. wir haben uns einfach auf die vorhandenen decken mit handtuch gelegt, das ging auch. der pool war sauber und wirklich erfrischend....herrlich! die lage ist wie gesagt "weg vom schuss", aber trotzdem noch so nah, das man innerhalb von 5-20 minuten in pollenca, port pollenca, alcudia oder port alcudia ist. die abwicklung war ausnahmslos per mail. also auch vor ort war niemand zu sehen, war aber auch nicht notwendig. es gab ja auch eine notfallnummer. es gab auch am schluss keine abnahme, was ein wenig verwunderlich war, aber letztendlich auch nicht schlimm. resumee: ich/wir würden auf jeden fall jederzeit wieder in dieses haus fahren. für zwei päarchen sollte man wissen, dass das zweite zimmer kein doppelbett, sondern zwei einzelbetten hat. in diesem sinne....allen nachmietern viel spass in pollenca!

Schöne Finca
Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Alles war super vorbereitet als wir ankamen. Die Finca ist sehr schön, jedoch langsam ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartendusche funktioniert nicht, die Liegen sind durchgelegen, die Abflüsse laufen nicht mehr richtig ab (teilweise Badezimmer unter Wasser) und die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Auch ist das Internet leider nach einer Woche ausgefallen. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Domizil.Alles perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber!
Sofortige Problemlösung bei defekter Kaffeemaschine- neue Maschine wurde innerhalb 2 Stunden geliefert. Perfekte, ruhige Lage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ans Meer, wie auch in die Berge oder ins Landesinnere!

Lovely home
We loved this place! Two of us stayed in this property for 9 days in early October. The common areas are comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces are great (the pool is lovely). It is very relaxing and feels away from it all, but is very close to Pollenca and other towns (good place from which to see the whole island). Highly recommend to visitors.
