This was a charming and cozy place outside of Venice that was quiet and near a grocery store. With the train close by, our experience in Venice was stress-free. Alessandra was the absolute sweetest and our check-in process was smooth. It was the perfect change of pace from the bustling city of Rome. Highly recommend!

We spent an amazing week!

The villa is located in a tranquil setting where the morning is greeted by the sounds of birds. Every detail is attended to with care. Alessandra is very kind and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Villa Pastori has 3 apartments on site. This one is the only one on the second floor; the other two are on the ground floor. The place was spacious and felt like home with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. The wifi supported 2 of us working remotely over Zoom without issue, and while the laundry was shared across all 3 units, the washer was always open when we needed it. The resident villa cats were very cute and friendly. A grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk away, and a train station is less than a 10 minute drive away (with free and ample parking). Restaurants are few in the immediate town but ample as you get closer to Venice, which was a 49 minute train ride. If you have a car, Villa Pastori is a great home base for a Venice vacation.

Beautiful Villa

We enjoyed being away from the city and in a lovely garden. The beds were comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially when we hit pickpocket problems in Venice. The only slight downside was the "second bedroom". One adult slept there and managed ok, but I think 2 adults would struggle!

October 2009

We spent a week in Villa Pastori in October 2009. We found the Villa well equipped, clean and pleasant. The service was very helpful and friendly but not imposing at all. The town Mira nearby is also very charming. The only downside is that the Mira/Mirano train station is a bit far to go by foot. We had rented a car, but Villa Pastori also provides bicycles for guests.

Thank you for your kind review. Please note that there is also the possibility to go by feet at the bus stop to go to Venice/Padua. It is 400 mt away from Villa Pastori.

Excellent base to visit Veneto

Nice, spacious apartment. Very quiet, rural location with easy access to autostrada and train to Venice. I visited Ravenna, Padova, Vincenza, Verona and of course Venezia (several times). After a day of sightseeing you can cook your own meal or visit nearby restaurant. Apartment has a large bedroom with comfortable bed, good size bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi worked fine. A good supermarket is within a walking distance.

Was wirklich einfach war.

David
