Great home in a good location

Excellent property in a peaceful residential area of the Lido. Good access to shops, restaurants, beach and the vaporetti for 20 minute travel by waterbus to Venice and the Grand Canal.

Great accommodation on the Lido

Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful spot on the Lido. Close to all shops and amenities as well as the beach. A short walk from the vaporetti ferries. Well-equipped, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

Great location. Property dated.

The location of the propertiy is perfect. It is close to shops and to the beach. Communication with the owner was very good. However, the property is dated. It is okay to stay as long as you don’t expect luxury.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice and surrounding islands.

We liked the apartment very much and enjoyed our stay. It was very nicely organized and had a distinctive style. it was comfortable and convenient as well, in terms of shops, transport, everything. There is direct connection from the airport as well as to Venice (St. Mark's square, train station). It was peaceful locality with fragrance of flower in the surroundings quite often and close to the beach.

Great authentic house on Lido island. The vaporetto stop is 5 minutes by walking from the house and brings you to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. It’s also possible to take the vaporetto to go to the other islands. It’s very quiet and it gives you a break from the center of Venise. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk also. Bruno and Marco were great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Sehr tolle Lage, Supermarkt, Lokale und Strand in Gehweite; Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und grosszügig geschnitten. Der Vermieter hat sich sogar um die Befreiung des Zugangsbeitrages gekümmert, Schlüsselübergabe etc war ganz unkompliziert.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr ordentlich, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Küche mehr als voll ausgestattet.Das einzig zu beachtende ist die Badewanne, in die man zum Duschen einsteigen muss.Alle Annehmlichkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants, sind in der Nähe. Sowohl der Strand als auch die Vaporetto Station nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

La casa è stata lasciata in ordine. L' uso dei letti, degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola è stato eccessivo, tenendo conto che erano due persone.

La nostra permanenza in questa casa è stata positiva su tutti gli aspetti, a partire dalla posizione a 10 min di autobus dalla Mostra del Cinema. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e pulita e, in particolar modo, fornita di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile nella comunicazione, fornendo tutti le informazioni necessarie. Vivamente consigliata.

Perfekter Urlaub

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Check In und Check Out liefen absolut problemlos. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und man erreicht alles fußläufig. Die ganze Familie hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral auf dem Lido de Venezia, ca 5 Min vom Bootsanleger entfernt. Mit dem Vaporetto gelangt man bequem zu allen Zielen in Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Zum duschen steht einem eine Badewanne zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sein Neffe hat uns persönlich empfangen. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung, die uns so gut gefallen hat. Sie ist groß, typisch venezianisch eingerichtet, hat eine super ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen und bequeme Betten. Man kommt schnell mit den Valporettos nach Venedig und zur Biennale und kann sich von den vielen Eindrücken dort gut erholen und das Meer und den Strand am Lido genießen. Perfekter Urlaub in der ruhigen venezianischen Wohnung

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen eingerichteten venezianischen Ferienwohnung. Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit grünem Garten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist gleich zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Supermarkt , Bäcker , Restaurants , am Meer und bei der Vaporetto Station. Die Vaporettos fahren Rund um die Uhr, so dass man jederzeit wieder auf die Lido zurück kommt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Bruno und seinem Neffen hat sehr gut geklappt . Wir können die Wohnung und Lage bestens weiterempfehlen.
