The property lies in Umbria, 25 kms from Todi and Spoleto, 60 kms from Perugia/Assisi and Orvieto. It features a large garden, a park with different places to stay outdoor a 10x5 meter swimming pool. All is for private use of the tenant and not shared with any other person. The terrace beside the house has tables and chairs to eat all together outdoor and a barbecue+stone oven. It's also possible to eat near the pool, here is an equipped area with gazebo, table and chairs. The villa can accomodate up to 12 persons, there are 5 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms + 2 single sofa beds). On the ground floor of the villa there is a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, two oven's, fridge, toaster, american koffiemaschine, boiler, mixer, fireplace for cooking), dining room with 14 seats, living room with three sofa's, passageway room with piano (useable), toilet. The 1st floor is divided into three apartments. All three have a small cooking corner. The smallest has a bedroom and bathroom. The other two have 2 bedrooms, 1 and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate each 4+1 persons. The property has free Wi-fi internet connection. Supermarkets and other shops are in Acquasparta or in the medieval village of San Gemini (6 km from the house). There are 3 supermarkets in Acquasparta, in the Conad you can buy meat of excellent quality. The nearest restaurant is in the charming hamlet of Portaria located 2 km from the property. Other suggested restaurants: Pesciaioli, il relais dei principi, fior fiore, Crunch.
