Overall the billa was wonderful and we had an amazing holiday. A few issues were dealt with swiftly. Only thing to note there is no games room now as it has been modified for another use. All in all a lovely place.

Great villa

Lovely villa with amazing scenery. Kitchen stuff (cutting boards etc) could be updated, otherwise ok. Great pool. We enjoyed our stay with 12 people, ranging age 13 to 60:)

Het huis ligt op een mooie, rustige plek.keuken erg aan de kleine kant en gedateerd.Het heeft behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud en daar waren wij de dupe van.iInchecken: De eigenaar(naar wij later vernamen) kon niet op ons wachten De sleutel lag ergens onder. afstandsbedieningen van de airco in zijn auto. Deze zou hij de dag erna dan brengen 38 graden en onacceptabel met 2 kleintjes bij ons, dus vriendelijk verzocht om deze dezelfde dag te krijgen.Verder nergens uitleg over gekregen, wifi, lampen bij het zwembad enz.Een enorme zwavellucht kwam uit de kranen in huis en dependance bij het openen ervan. Dit was hun niet bekend, terwijl het huis net schoongemaakt was…?Na 3 dagen van allerlei oplossingen en uitvluchten waar dat aan zou liggen en stankoverlast kwamen werklui een nieuwe boiler en autoclaaf plaatsen. 2 dagen werklui en geboor in de spelletjesruimte.Deze werd na al het werk eerst niet schoon gemaakt. De dag erop een enorme lekkage in die ruimte, leiding ontploft omdat de werknemer naar zeggen wat onervaren was. En dat terwijl er losse stopcontacten en verlengsnoeren in de buurt lagen. Bij spelende kinderen….Probleem weer opgelost.In de nacht een enorm ratelend geluid, iedereen wakker. De stekker uit het systeem getrokken en de waterdruk uitgeschakeld.Het scheen aan water of lucht uit de waterleiding te komen, moesten we ‘s nachts de kraan maar open zetten…?De nacht erna hetzelfde probleem.Telkens de loodgieter erbij en uiteindelijk opgelost na 9 dagen.

Zeer goed verblijf. Contact met eigenaar en beheerder was goed. Makkelijk proces in en uitchecken. Huis was geweldig! Verblijf met 11 personen was zeer goed te doen! Leuk dorpje op loopafstand en alles goed bereikbaar. Top vakantie gehad

Fantastisch huis en locatie!

We hebben met drie gezinnen een week lang enorm genoten van dit ruime huis met heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Ook het kleinere huisje hadden we in gebruik, wat erg fijn was met ons groot gezelschap. Het dorp met diverse winkeltjes waaronder een supermarkt is dichtbij genoeg. De week dat wij er waren, was er een festival waardoor we ondergedompeld werden in Italiaanse sferen. Een heel leuk extraatje! Het contact met zowel Guido als Emiliano verliep heel prettig. Als we nog eens in deze regio op vakantie gaan, komen we met alle plezier hier nog eens terug!

Una bellissima settimana di vavanza in famiglia

La casa è un vero paradiso per tutta la famiglia: spazi ampi sia dentro che fuori, calcetto e ping pong e una bellissima piscina. Unici punti negativi: aria condizionata solo nelle camere ma per fortuna c'era, non ci sono zanzariere e il posto è a 1 ora di strada dalla maggior parte dei posti da visitare con delle strade parecchio dissestate. Nel complesso un'ottima scelta per una vacanza rilassante con una famiglia numerosa (eravamo in 13). Grazie di tutto

Prachtige vakantiehuis

Een prachtig vakantiehuis met airco en zwembad, zeer geschikt voor een familie. Klein minpuntje was een probleem met wat algenvorming op de bodem van het zwembad, waarop zeer snel en adequaat gereageerd is. Emiliano is een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar/host. Hij reageerde direct op al onze vragen. Hij heeft ons ook heel goed geholpen toen een van de kleine kinderen ziek werd, hij stond eigenlijk altijd voor ons klaar.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Uns hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Das Inserat könnte die Anlage in besserem Licht darstellen lassen, wenn neue Bilder gemacht würden. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Wir (2 Familie mit 6 Kindern) haben unsere 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist natürlich das grosse Plus an diesem Haus. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt und er wurde fast jeden zweiten/drei Tag gereinigt. Die Kinder haben viel Freude mit der Tischtennisplatte und dem Tischfußball gehabt. Die Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern war sehr nützlich. In der Umgebung gibt sehr viele feine Restaurants. In Avigliano Umbro findet man einen Laden, wo man alles Nötige kaufen kann. Grössere Läden findet man in Terni. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Mooi vakantiehuis op loopafstand van dorp/restaura

Wij hebben genoten van het fijne ruime, comfortabele huis. Wij waren met 9 personen, waaronder 4 tieners. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het boventerras. Het zwembad was heerlijk voor de warme dagen. De kinderen hebben veel plezier gehad met de ping pong tafel en tafelvoetbal. In het dorp zijn supermarkt en enkele restaurants. Alles op loopafstand. We komen terug!!!

Fabulous holiday

The house,the pool and the outside space was perfect for our families and the local town was so friendly and welcoming, coffee and ice creams, and local restaurants were all amazing. The surrounding areas were also wonderful to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend and if we have the opportunity will definitely return ourselves.
