Kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer dryer, outside shower. Sliding glass doors open onto large deck perfect for summer meals and entertaining friends and family. Swim off the private dock located behind the house giving you lots of options for water sports/fun . Short 1 block walk to the Manasquan Beach area. 1 mile from the center of the charming downtown with many good restaurants and shops. Train station is also 1 mile

Home away from home

Your house was very comfortable, we didn’t want for a thing. Great location, short walk to an excellent beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset, paddle boarders & kayakers going by

Great house right in the lagoon. Perfect place to stay with our 20 something children..

Wonderful stay! This house is so close to the beach, restaurants and night life. We brought our own Kayaks but the house has two as well. We also brought a big raft and tide it to the dock out back. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Great deck on Watson Creek and Manasquan beach is only one block away!

The house is perfectly situated on Watson Creek with a beautiful deck and kayaks. Tons of room and a great open floor plan. Really appreciated the beach access and complimentary beach badges. Kim was very responsive, quiet neighborhood, and walkable to a few breakfast/lunch spots. (Check out The Cove and The Breeze)

Beautiful house and views

The house was even better than in the photos! The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The back deck was the highlight of the house for me. Beautiful views and great for BBQing. The house was super close to everything, the beach, downtown, and the train station. I would highly recommend everything about it.

Great Location Right on the Water!

Everything was as advertised in the listing. It was great having the beach just a block away and the inlet right out the back door, especially on a few of the days when it was really hot. We were able to bike to bike path , and tons of places to eat and shop close by. Kim was very responsive to all my inquiries. Solid rental!

Beautiful Week at the Beach

We spent the week of Labor Day and enjoyed every minute. The home is just steps to the beach and the back deck extended the day well after we left the beach. The home is clean and easily sleeps 7 people - although we only had 4. Manasquan has a bit of a 20 something party scene but we didn't have too many problems with the noise or the party goers around the neighborhood.

Great week at the beach

We enjoyed this house very much. Great location- being on the water was perfect especially for our teens House very clean and open floor plan. So close to the beach. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect beach house!

My family and I rented Kim’s beach house for a little over a week and absolutely loved it! The house is clean and had plenty of space for our family. Kim was super helpful answering all our questions before and during our stay. The house is right on the water which we loved and it’s also a very quick walk to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Summer Vacation 2019

The house and location were perfect! The house was clean and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the center of town. We would totally rent the house again.

GREAT Location in Manasquan!

We had a great time at this house! The downstairs is open and perfect for everyone to hang out. The backyard grill was so nice to have and there was plenty of seating for everyone to sit inside or outside. Kim was extremely helpful with answering all questions leading up to the trip. House was clean and really in a great location on the water and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be heading back!
