Fabulous 8 bedroom home beachfront - right on Point Pleasant beach! Great views! Lots of space! Two huge master bedrooms with amazing views. Four bedrooms with full oceanfront views, 4 bedrooms with partial ocean views. 6.5 Bathrooms. 4 Private balconies off of each master bedroom and two other bedrooms and 2 first floor patios. Ocean views even from the balconies on the west side of the house. Washer/Dryer. Two car garage with 240v outlet for Tesla charging. Full kitchen. House is newly renovated for 2019. Perfect for large families or families that want to vacation together right on the beach. One mile away from Jenkinson's Boardwalk. One block away from three restaurants (American, pizza and Mexican).

Great Beach House

Beautiful Shore Home On The Ocean

The house is clean and beautiful. It is in a convenient area of Point Pleasant -- a great shore town. The beach/ocean is a short walk over the dune from the back of the house. This was our 4th year at Joanie's shore house, and we intend to be back again next year!

Beautiful shore home on the beach

This was our second stay at Joanie's shore home. The house is beautiful, clean, on the ocean and has a private beach area at the top of the dune. The location in Point Pleasant, on the Bay Head border, is premier. We are already planning next year's vacation.

Great week

Check in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. We are all big foodies and love to cook. We didn’t have any issues.

Beautiful Shore House

This was our third summer at Joanie's beautiful "beach house" (as my grandchildren call it) and we are already planning our return trip next summer. The house is right on the beach in a convenient location on the Point Pleasant/Bay Head border. Close to the boardwalk, so many dining options, from casual seafood to upscale sitdown, we had another terrific summer vacation down the Jersey shore!

House and back yard have plenty of room. Parking is a bit challenging for a house of this size. Having linens supplied is a big plus. House cleaning is also a plus.

Super family reunion

Everyone that stayed loved it. Everyone that was just visiting from other homes loved it. My nephew said it best: "when a family stays in a hotel everyone kind of stays in their room, but when everyone e stays in the same house it keeps the energy vibe going."

An amazing beach home! So much room for our family. Walkout to beach The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all our cooking needs. So great to have so many chairs and sitting area for outside and inside We could sit 14 at the table for supper! Close to boardwalk and ice cream. Joanie was an excellent host. Very responsive to our questions. We could not ask for a more wonderful rental!

Perfect spot for our family reunion

The variety of rooms and proximity to the beach gave everyone space to be independent and just as easily to gather together. We followed the parking instructions and juggled as needed for those who had to drive into Pt. Pleasant. A large frig and freezer made food prep for varied diets a lot easier that if we were operating with a standard size setup. So many sweet yet homey touches! Thank you for a lovely home and all the great memories.

After vacationing for over 30 years up and down the coast, we have found by far this location for us was the most convenient. On top of that, the house was exceedingly beautiful and beyond all our expectations. The layout of the beach house, proximity to the beach and endless amenities provided our family with beautiful memories to cherish.

Amazing stay and house was perfect! Plenty of space for a large family reunion and the pool table was a real treat for everyone. The beach, of course, was perfect and the smaller beach just outside the property made a perfect spot for kids to play when everyone didn’t want to be on the beach. Host was amazing and super responsive, always answering questions quickly. Hopefully we can do another large group get together like this soon and rent again!

100 per cent , hands down , rent this house. It was fantastic . Can’t say enough good things about this house . Things that stand out to me as excellent are : the views , the beds , the size, the location .the AC , the amenities.. the little private beach and the owner was very receptive. Beautiful beach house

We just got back from a fantastic week at Joanie's beautiful beach house. The location is perfect. The house is well-kept and has all amenities including a private beach area overlooking the ocean. We appreciated Joanie's responsiveness. We're already planning our return trip next summer!

Simply The Best!

This property is Amazing, it’s in a wonderful location and the Beach is your Garden literally. The space inside and outside the house is perfect for a family gathering. The hosts were very obliging . We were there for a week to celebrate my Sons wedding. What can I say just perfect. Everything you may need and more is in the house just waiting for you to unpack. We will return again. Wedding week!

My sons wedding 2.0 weekend was amazing. We rented this lovely property on the beach for our family visiting from the Netherlands! They were very comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant views of the beach and Jersey shore. Only wish the weather was warmer! Thank you Jeff and Joanie!

Weekend stay in December

Beautiful weekend on the beach with spectacular ocean views. Perfect for our mini-reunion of 4 couples and a couple of older children while we attended the Army Navy game at MetLife stadium (1 hour drive). Everything was as described in a lovely little neighborhood in Pt. Pleasant Beach. Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!
