Lovely spacious condo with gorgeous views with ocean breezes and beautiful manicured grounds/pool. We will return! It would have been helpful if the nice gentleman that checked us in had given us some instructions on locking the door, using the fan and tv remotes (we were not able to get the living room tv to work), also more bath towels would be nice, etc. otherwise very friendly staff.everywhere! Enjoyable stay!

The BEST!!

The location is PERFECT. The gate releases you on the malecon/beach. Very close to many diner and breakfast options, within walking distance. There’s also an amazing pool with a swim up bar serving great drinks and food. It is a more quiet resort and we kept having to remind our kids to be quiet but was totally worth the experience. You will not be disappointed staying here. I can wait to return!

The condo was big and beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay with a gorgeous view. The building is well maintained and well staffed. The pool is big and relaxing. My boys enjoyed eating something from the swim up bar everyday. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything happening in the Romantica Zone, right on the ocean, and at the beginning of the Melecon which we walked quite often. We definitely would want to stay here again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Upon our arrival we were met by a gentleman who checked us in and gave us access cards. The condo was decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location of the condo and that it was within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was courteous and professional. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves many of the days that we were there. One of our favorite things to do was sit on the awesome patio every morning with our coffee and tea, watching the ocean and viewing the beautiful landscaping. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals. We chose to eat all our meals at our favorite restaurants. It was economical and convenient. Our host, Rob, was very helpful and professional. We hope to stay at Molina de Agua again.

Beautiful Unit

This unit is amazing. We have stayed in a few different units at Molino de Agua and this maybe our favorite. It was super comfortable for our family. The unit is decorated amazingly we especially enjoyed the mosaic's on the pillars. My son loved the fact that they have children's books to read and a few little toys. We love staying at Molino de Agua because it is in walking distance of anything you may need. We will definitely be back to this unit again in the future.

Love Molina!

We always stay at Moline when we come to Puerto Vallarta. This is the first time in this unit and a different perspective because it’s on the first floor. The higher units give you a better view of the water but this unit is the prettiest that I’ve stayed in. Love the art the spacious furniture on the deck and outdoor table. I loved the convenience of being close to the pool. The property manager, Alicia, Was the best and went over and above to get us Covid test in our condo and a late Saturday afternoon. The owner, Rob, got back to us promptly. Highly recommend this unit!

Truly fantastic!

This truly was a fantastic property and unit in the best area of Puerto Vallarta! We stayed with our family of four - two parents and two teenagers - and it was perfect. The unit itself (105) was huge and so much brighter and nicer than we expected. There is ample space in each room, kitchen, living, dining areas and the main outdoor decks are huge. We spent most of our time outside and the view was amazing. Great view of the beach, bridge over the river, and pool area. Being on a lower floor was great for quick access and the view was still wonderful. The condo itself is great with beautiful grounds and an incredible pool. Pool was nicely heated - easy to stay in for an extended time without getting cold. There is a swim up (or walk up) bar with in-pool stools, drinks, and food. Servers will also come around and take your orders. You can also BYOB to the pool area, which is nice. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pools and some people had floaties in the pool so apparently those are okay as well. And there are even hammocks to enjoy in the garden. Easy to walk to just about anything in the area. A few steps away from the best pastry shop (oh the croissants!), coffee shops, restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and more. We walked everywhere and never needed a car, but taxis and ubers are right there at a moment's notice if you need one. Overall, a truly fantastic stay - would come back again in a heartbeat!

Absolute best place in PV

Unit 105 is one of the best. We have stayed in different one a few years ago. This unit is lower so only one flight of stairs to go to the pool. The patio with the very huge couch was a hit by all of us. We will be back.
