Amapas - Sayan Beach October 2024

Beautiful property - plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy. Very clean and everything we needed was available. Security Guards at the property entrance were super friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. The rooftop bar and pool areas were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

This property was a wonderful vacation for family and friends. Being on the ocean, having access to two restaurants, pools and hot tubes were bonuses. The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished you cant go wrong with this rental. The staff and services that they provide are outstanding. Thank you to all.

Beautiful condo with excellent amenities and amazing location!

This condo has it all! Location, amenities, and convenience - close enough to walk to downtown PV but far enough away that you're not living in all of the craziness. Kyra made the check-in and check-out process and a breeze. The rooftop pool was our absolute favorite! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unit was amazing, fresh, updated, incredible views and layout. Great communication and ease of checkin and checkout. Couldn't ask for more. This was our third time at Sayan and this unit exceeded expectations. Will be back in June.

Wow - August Vacation

We loved the property and location. The proximity to the ocean, the elevated and safe balcony for the kids, room service, rooftop pool and restaurant. This place really is the definition of relaxation. And the owners were respectful and easy to communicate with. Definitely on the 'love to return' list.

wonderful, relaxing stay at Sayan Beach.

We highly recommend this wonderful corner. Unit condo. Beautiful views, great location, spotlessly clean. We have stayed at Sayan Beach many times over the years and found the facilities and staff up to par as always. The workout facilities are wonderful with newer equipment. Always very clean. The apartment has literally everything you could think of, and a very well equipped kitchen. Enjoy!

Best views ever

there were three couples that stayed in this unit. We all had a fabulous time. We spent most of our time on the deck or at the pools. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Restaurants are good and plenty of margaritas to go around.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! Everything we needed was there at the condo. It’s spacious. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and the bartender Joaquin was super nice. He suggested his wife’s massage service and my husband and I had a great massages at the condo. The staff is great. Great times!

My family and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! It was the perfect week spent in a beautiful condo filled with sun filled days on the best rooftop pool in PV. Kyra was great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions I may have had. I can’t wait to plan my next trip to paradise :)

The condo is a 5 star experience in every possible way. Large bedrooms with ensuites, modern kitchen and large living area. The best part however is the large deck with panoramic views of the ocean and the rest of PV. To top it off you have two pool areas and two restaurant/bars. The front door guys especially Moises and Juan are also top notch

Best stay ever

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The set up of the unit was amazing three separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom. We ate out almost every night. It was a short cab ride $10 to Puerto Vallarta. Food was amazing. We did a whale watching tour, a taco tour, and atv ing all of the excursions were top-notch. We had set up a grocery delivery prior to arrival, which was also wonderful Kyra the owner was excellent communicate with, and we will definitely be back.

What an incredible property!

This property is absolutely incredible! The owners were so wonderful, had everything a person could possibly need making our vacation far superior to any hotel stay. And there's room service at this property, so you have hotel benefits too! Property manager and staff were top notch, extremely helpful and made our stay carefree and pampered. Beautiful, immaculate condo and the infinity pool on the roof, plus hang out space had us spending much of our time there. Small excursions into town nearby (walkable along beach) were enough for us because we didn't want to leave the beautiful property. We can't wait to go back!!

Amazing condo, views & location

This was an amazing condo - beautiful and clean. The views were fantastic with a lovely deck and deck furniture, looking out to the infinity pool, beach, ocean and PV. The condo had everything we needed plus being super close to the Romantic Zone and great restaurants. The building was very nice, friendly and helpful staff, nice gym, beautiful pools and decent food. The owner was super helpful, but we didn’t need anything! It was already there!! We will definitely stay here again!

1st Time to PV- Can’t wait to return!

The unit is exactly as advertised. The beautiful surprise was the quality, care, and professionalism of the staff that ran the Sayan Beach facility.. we hadn’t thought about the bartenders, security, servers, and staff when booking, and now we can’t wait to return to visit with them all again. We are blessed that the owners were willing to share their beautiful home with us. See you again very soon!

Fabulous Apartment and Building Amenities!

My family of 6, four adults and two teenagers stayed at this property this year and have no complaints. The building is situated in a very peaceful and quiet location with just a short walk down the hill to the hustle and bustle of the Romantic Zone. The condo itself was perfectly appointed and very comfortable, Cesar and Kyra communicated often and had all the information I would have needed at hand. We ate often at Sayan Beach and enjoyed the pools, but we also walked both to Los Muertos and the beaches below Conchas Chinas - Great place!

Sayan Beach Property

This is the second time we have stayed in the Sayan Beach condominiums. This property is even more beautiful than the website description implies - particularly the view of the bay and PV from the balcony. We had three questions for the owners before and during our stay, and on each occasion they were very responsive. It's easy to walk to the Romantic Zone / downtown, but we found that an Uber was always available in minutes at all times of day. The concierge / security staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation to return.

Best complex in all of PV.

What a fantastic place to stay!! Rivals any of the top resorts in PV. It's right on it's own little beach with only a short 10 minute walk to Los Muertos beach. All the privacy you'll need with the comforts of the city close by. We loved it! We actually spent most of our trip at the complex lounging in the infinity pool (they both were amazing but especially the rooftop pool). Another perk, all of the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar are sold 'at cost' to residence, so very inexpensive. The condo was also fantastic - a perfect spot for relaxing, watching the sunset over the bay and it's really nicely done. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place - we'll certainly be going back soon!

This place was absolutely amazing. Booked this trip to celebrate my graduation and it exceeded my expectations! The place was absolutely incredible. The owners were so accommodating and responded quickly with anything we needed. The place was so clean! The pictures don’t do justice because it is more beautiful in person! Absolutely beautiful view and location! The place had amazing amenities. Loved the pool, and gym! The Bartender Omar was incredible! He was so great with my younger nephew. He made our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again. We love this place so much!!!!

Can’t wait for next time

After searching for the right property for our family, we came across Sayan Beach. It is near enough to PV, yet quiet. The walk to PV is not easy for everyone, (over a rock outcropping) but a taxi is a hundred pesos to get into town. Security was phenomenal. Felt very safe and secure. Rooftop pool has amazing views and great bar service. The food is quite good. The condo was comfortable all around, the furniture, the beds, the chairs, the linens. Each room has its own AC unit, if needed, as the ocean breeze kept space comfortable. Kitchen and laundry are well equipped. Can’t wait for next time.

Great place to stay !

We just got home from spending 28 days in Puerto Vallarta in unit 6G at Sayan Beach. The building and amenities are wonderful with numerous pools and easy access to the beach! The unit itself was very well equipped and maintained . The unit was lovely and the view from the open deck and the unit itself was outstanding. The corner unit contained sliding windows on both sides of the wrap around deck and the breeze and the sound of the waves made the stay very enjoyable. Although the 3 bedroom unit had AC units in every room the pleasant breezes made their use unnecessary and were never used. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the fridge quit they provided coolers and ice to save as much of our food as possible. Even though it occurred on a Mexican holiday the repairs and a hopefully permanent fix (surge protectors installed) were done quickly. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
