Magnificent villa by the sea direct access by the property to the sea, sea water swimming pool, land area 2500 m2, three large terraces and a solarium by the pool. 4 bedrooms with bathroom, large living room, house designed by a renowned architect. Exceptional location. Near the magnificent site of the Cassis creeks which can be reached on foot from the property. Located near the restaurant and the Presqu'ile tennis club. The villa is located about 15 minutes walk from the village of Cassis.
