This 62 m2 single-storey apartment is located in a residence of several dwellings, green and shaded. Adjoining on its right and not overlooked, it is composed of a living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. You will appreciate the private enclosed garden of 350 m2 and the access to the fine sandy beach through the gate which allows direct access to the residence, without any road to cross. From the beach you can enjoy a nice view of La Turballe and Le Croisic. A parking space is reserved for you within the residence.<br> The town centre and its shops are 800 metres away.<br><br>In the heart of the Guérande peninsula and the white country, you will discover Guérande (6 km) and its salt marshes, the Brière, its canals and boat trips, the ornithological and animal parks<br>From La Turballe you can discover the Morbihan islands (Houat Hoëdic Belle Ile), <br>You can practice sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, diving....<br>You will enjoy swimming, fishing on foot, bike rides, aquatic centre nearby, hiking (velocéan), horseback riding. <br><br>For your evenings, you can also have fun in La Baule (15 km), a lively seaside resort

Un charmant appartement bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes avec un jardin et surtout la plage de l'anse de Belmont au bout du chemin formidable à toute heure.Prévoir les vélos si vous voulez rallier Piriac centre ou La Turballe sans sortir la voiture car c'est un peu loin à pieds.

Hébergement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Jardin clos, accès direct à la plage par un petit chemin. Salle de bain refaite à neuf avec une grande douche ; accueil chaleureux. Situation idéale. Un seul petit bémol : La literie de la chambre parentale était trop souple à notre goût, mais il s’agit d’un détail. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte.
À notre arrivée, une bouteille de cidre et des biscuits bretons nous attendaient sur la table. Une gentille petite attention bien appréciée ! ☺️

Entre terre et mer

Agréable séjour chez Pascale nous avons apprécié le logement près de l'océan la situation est parfaite des couchers de soleil à ne pas rater. Bp de choses à découvrir autour même en février de belles balades à faire allentours.

Vacances avec ma chienne

Super vacances dans un lieu calme et très proche d'une belle plage où malheureusement les chiens n'étaient pas accepté à la période ou nous y étions. La maison est belle et le jardin clos est très pratique avec notre chienne. A refaire à une période ou nous pourront tous allez à la plage. Beaucoup de très belles choses à voir sans avoir à faire des kilomètres.
