Ideally located near the Medieval city of Guérande, 5 km from the beaches, between salt marshes and Briére, in the small village of Miroux, our barn, renovated by us, combines charm and comfort.
We have kept its authentic character by favoring old materials, stones, wood and terracotta. We have equipped it with everything necessary for your well-being on vacation.
Furnished with care, the harmony of soft colors makes it a cocoon where life is good in
all seasons. In summer you will be in a few minutes on the most beautiful beaches of our region and you will enjoy the animation of the city 'city of art and history'

Nice colour scheme but cluttered with unnecessary additions. Lovely area for a tranquil holiday. Was ok for 2 adults but not suitable for 4 adults. Listing should make this clear. Would have preferred cleaning to be included in price as was not happy with previous occupiers efforts and was not happy to have to clean on arrival and departure. Normally a 10.30 departure allows time to tidy up and clean after oneself but is not sufficient for major clean as in owner instructions. Was generally well-equipped for kitchen and dining but rather a lot of furniture.

Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt angenehm ruhig. Der große Garten wurde nur von uns genutzt und bietet ganz unterschiedliche Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und kümmern sich sofort bei Fragen. Die Gegend und die kleinen Städte sind ein Traum, Badestrände sind nah. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Très agréable

Très bon séjour "la grange" est très bien situé, le logement est aménagé avec goût et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Le petit plus un joli jardin avec une grande cabane pour les enfants. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Kleiner Geheimtipp

Wir (2 EW, 2 K (10,14) haben in diesem kleinen aber sehr feinem Ferienhaus einen ganz wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist tatsächlich klein, aber ganz liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Betritt man das Haus befindet man sich direkt im Flurbereich mit kleinem Schrank. Einen Schritt weiter betritt man die voll ausgestattete Küche mit rundem Esstisch. Offen angrenzend befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa, Couchtisch und Fernseher. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine findet man direkt dahinter. Über die leicht steile Holztreppe mit Geländer gelangt man in die Schlafbereiche. Auch hier wurde wieder alles gut durchdacht und jeder Platz perfekt genutzt. Zudem erzeugt das leichte Geknarre des Holzes für Nostalgie. Der kleinere Schlafbereich (1-2 kleinere EW oder 2 K) mit Schrank und Schreibtisch liegen offen vor einem. Hinter einer Tür befindet sich dann das große Schlafzimmer mit Schrank, Kommode und kleinen Ablageflächen. In die Dachschrägen wurden jeweils Fenster mit Rollos integriert. So können beide Räume voll verdunkelt werden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die kleine Terasse mit Tisch & Stühlen, dem Grill und einer kleinen Kräuterecke. Das Auto und die Fahrräder stehen sicher daneben. Gegenüber befindet sich eine kleine überdachte und sehr gemütliche Lounge sowie Sonnenliegen. Dahinter Garten mit Spielhaus und Wäschespinne.Angrenzend wohnen die sympathischen und unauffälligen Vermieter. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Wir kommen wieder!

Kleines Haus, gewöhnungsbedürftig

Menschen ab 1,70 müssen sich vorsichtig bewegen, sonst stößt man sich permanent irgendwo. Die Treppe ist steil, meine Frau ist sogar hinabgestürzt. Untere Etage ist an nicht warmen Tagen ziemlich kühl. Was die Einrichtung betrifft, es ist alles da. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Können fast nur französisch, ein paar englische Wörter. Man hat einen Garten mit Laube für sich. Es liegt nur 3 km von Guerande entfernt. Sehr sehenswert. Eine alte historische Stadt. Zu en Stränden sind es 15 Minuten, Man kann viele Ausflüge machen. Umgebung und Haus sind zu empfehlen.

Zeer klein, te donker en voortdurend een soort zoemgeluid van een motor in de tuin

klein huisje in de tuin van de eigenaars.Zeer netjes, precies een klein museum. Eigenaars zijn zEer vriendelijk en respecteren privacy van de huurders. De locatie is goed om uitstappen te doen , maar ter plaatse blijven was voor ons niet echt een optie wegens een constant gezoem buiten in de tuin. We vermoeden van hun privé zwembad dat we vanuit ons huisje wel konden zien maar niet gebruiken😟. Binnen was het zeer klein en veel te donker om er te vertoeven. De keuken was ok , maar koelkast veel te klein als je veel wilt koken en voorraad wilt opslaan.

Un cocon très agréable idéalement situé !

Une petite maisonnette pleine de charme, 100% conforme au descriptif. L'environnement est très calme, la maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et un soin particulier est apporté aux détails. Le tout sur un terrain clos à usage privatif, idéal en famille avec des enfants. La situation est idéale pour visiter cette belle région, de multiples activités, découvertes, villages à proximité pour passer d'agréables vacances. Le tout avec un accueil parfait des propriétaires ! A recommander les yeux fermés.

Viel Natur und sehr gepflegt

Kleines Häuschen, liebevoll hergerichtet mit großem schönen Garten drumherum mit altem Baumbestand und vielen Vögeln. Vermieter sind sehr diskret und lassen einen in Ruhe die Ferien genießen. Gute Ausstattung, WLAN funktioniert auch. Prima Weber-Grill. Matratzen relativ hart, aber für eine Woche ok. 5 Minuten zum prima Bäcker in Guérande, 15 Minuten gemütliche Fahrt zu schönen Küstenabschnitten. Gute Crèperies in der Umgebung und ein großer Leclerc. Ruine von Ranrouët nicht weit und sehenswert. Die Marais schön und Guérande ohnehin sehenswert. Und am Nachmittag einen Kaffee am Hafen von Piriac.

Un petit nid douillet
