This unit provides a telephone with long distance calls within the United States. This condo has been completely remodeled. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is AC in the master bedroom only, and ceiling fans throughout. There is no a/c in the living room. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Waiohuli Beach Hale #D-120 can sleep 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean.This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai.Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Excellent property. Just wish my unit (103 ) had a portable fan as the summer heat from the west side made the living room too hot in the afternoon in August. Kitchen was spot on.

Awesome stay with front stunning

Great time with perfect amenities. Smooth check in. The condo came with all the cookware for us to cook some meals. Property manager made sure we had all we needed and made suggestions for what to do around the area.

Great place…

Enjoyed the property, clean, well kept. Ocean view is a little bit of a reach. Also tried for two days to talk to the manager as we hoped to store the luggage for a few hours but he/she never showed up even when the posted office hours said they were available. Otherwise it was awesome!

great location

as described, steps from the ocean/beach; walking distance to shopping and restaurants; centrally located to more shopping, restaurants, and beaches. from the beach, we counted many sea turtles swimming by. would have given 5 stars except the sofa bed did not fit 2 adults comfortably. my son had to sleep on the living room floor. also there was whirring noise coming from maybe a pump motor outside. we heard it every night from the bedroom.

Love that the beach is just beyond the pool. I am sad that the pieces have gone up so much over the last few years. Can’t stay as long anymore. Maui Rentals are quick to take care of anything you need and are fast to act on anything you need, on site. The unit could use new plates/bowls that don’t weigh 10 pounds each, plastic glasses and a water pitcher.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time at this resort and we could not love it more. We stayed in D120. This unit would be perfect if it had a table and chairs or at least some decent bar stools in the unit and a vacuum cleaner. In my opinion, it's really short sighted to not have a vacuum cleaner, the broom just moves the dust and dirt around. Also, the dishwasher is useless, too small, and I don't think has had a rinse agent in it since it was new.We travel a lot are are pretty easy going, we make do with what we get, but we wouldn't rent a unit without a table and chairs next time.

Used the mobile app to let Rentals Maui know we were in town early and they responded quickly allowing us to check-in early. Nice location. The beach at this location is not great for swimming but it's super close to lots of great beaches, the pool was nice and clean and never busy. The grills were well-maintained and worked great, we used them daily. Kitchen was well stocked and we used it daily. There was an air-conditioner in the bedroom which we did not run at night so it got a little warm at night in the living room area where our kids were sleeping, but it was never too uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again,

Condo is nice and clean. Minus: I did not like the bed - Is it Tempura?. The condo needs an update. Mold in the bathroom. Had to buy a new toaster, 10 different Knifes but no one was sharp. Tommy Bahama chairs was in bad condition. I expect more when paying 12000 for a month.

I emailed a frantic message to the property owners not expecting to hear back from them until the next day at the very earliest. Cassandra called me back that night! She tried to help me troubleshoot but arranged for Lynsey to come by early the next morning to override the lock. Both were extremely compassionate and helpful!We loved the condo, the location by the beautiful beach, and all of the sea turtles we saw on the beach! Mahalo for your hospitality!

Great location but a bit dated

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was described as fully renovated. The kitchen & bath were great & updated. The bedroom & living room seemed worn a bit. We really liked the location, especially easy access to the beach & nearby stores & restaurants. No AC in the living room was a drawback. The AC unit in the bedroom was clunky & loud. When we arrived we encountered the screen door off track & icemaker not working. Rentals Maui sent someone over right away to fix them. We were pleased with their quick response. Internet only reaches the living room. No signal on our phones beyond. Overall the pros outweigh the cons. We would return to this location.

We really loved the location within Kihei, on Maui and that it was right on the beach. There's we're a few small inconveniences but overall it was perfect. The complex was clean, well maintained and quiet. The first day we walked to the beach at the condo and were greeted by a large turtle. We also really liked the pool. Parking was easy and always close to our unit. The sink in the kitchen had very poor water pressure and didn't get hot sometimes,which made washing bottles quite tricky. That and the fact I never came across the manager on our ten day stay was the reason for four out of five stars. We felt safe and comfortable on our stay. Thanks for having us.

Needs some TLC

The room was clean. We couldn’t use the pool for the first few days. They mentioned a 15%discount for those days, but we will see if it happens. There was zero dish soap provided, only 4 dishwasher tabs, 4 pieces of kleenex in the box and 2 rolls of tp. They did warn us about the tp but for the cost, it just didn’t seem worth the price. The screen door falls off every time you use it too. It also doesn’t lock so you couldn’t leave it open for air at night, so you get really hot. There were also 2 broken tiles on the patio that need to be fixed.

Amazing Location at a Desirable Condo

The location of this condo was simply amazing! Poolside, steps from the beach, plenty of space for the two of us. The full-size kitchen and beach accessories (cooler, chairs, mats, towels) in the unit really allowed us to relax comfortably.
