Completely upgraded with top-of-the line appliances in 2014 and brand new Central AC installed June of 2014 The master bedroom, the living room and the kitchen face the ocean allowing the optimum in ocean views. Tastefully appointed with a tropical/contemporary décor . A perfect vacation rental retreat. Amenities include a rooftop BBQ area, elevators and ocean front pool. Experience a wide range of dinner and shopping within walking distance, world class golf and various other recreational activities also available close by.

The unit was well appointed and as described. Although we only used one of the bedrooms, having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view was great for watching whales, and the unit was within walking distance to several restaurants.

The top floor condo was wonderful! The view is incredible. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai. Everything you could need is at this condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful from the lanai. The Royal Mauian is a quiet and relaxing complex.

In the Heart of Kihei

We chose this location for its easy access to the sand and water as well as near restaurants and shops. It’s near all that and easy access to the highway to go to other special interest spots on island.

The property was as good as advertised, and the location is unreal as far as views and ocean access. Amazing snorkeling right out front and you are on the beach within 2 min of leaving the unit.Claudia is great and easy to deal with.

Beautiful spot in great location

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The best snorkeling is on the beach right outside and there are great views from the condo. We highly recommend it!

Location is close and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also a short drive to several other hot spots (Wailea, Hana, Lahaina). Beautiful view of the ocean and beach!

We have been to Maui 3 or 4 times. This was the best property that we have stayed at. Great location. Perfect for 2 couples - 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Amazing Location

This was the dream-- staying so close to the ocean we didn't even have to cross the street. With little kids, a major plus. The condo was a perfect place to spend a week.

Great stay in Maui!

Location was perfect and walking distance to shops, restaurants, shaved ice, etc! Beach was super close and perfect for swimming, plus lots of turtles along the rocks to enjoy watching. Unit was clean and just right for our family of 4! Appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella that were provided.

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the great location in Kihei, which made exploring Maui easy and convenient. The condo was clean, check-in was simple, and the owner was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the starter supplies, including coffee, basic toiletries, and enough trash bags to get us through our visit — a thoughtful and helpful touch.While the location is very convenient, guests should note that there is notable noise coming from the public beach and the road. We found it to be less disturbing when we were inside with the windows shut.There are a few areas where the condo could benefit from some updates. The towels and linens could be refreshed. While everything we needed was available, guests who are particular about linens or pillows may want to bring their own. We also found the beds to be on the very soft, which may come down to personal preference.We did notice one insect on our first day, which we understand can occasionally happen in a tropical environment. We did not see any others during the remainder of our stay and don’t feel it reflects the overall cleanliness of the condo.With some minor updates, this condo could be an even better option, especially given its strong location, cleanliness, and attentive ownership.

Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We can’t say enough positive things about this place! The condo was very comfortable, AC worked great, the entire space was as clean as can be. The views off the lanai are immaculate no matter the time of day. This spot is in the perfect location, plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.Claudia is an amazing host, we were very pleased to get an early check in along with great communication from her if we ever had any questions. Very happy during our visit and can’t wait to be back!

Great stay. Most amazing setting. Close to everything. Had a wonderful experience. Would stay again. Claudia (property manager) was a great communicator. Upon arrival, there was an issue with the A/C. Claudia was right on top of it and had it repaired immediately.
