***Price Dropped. This room is the Penthouse Junior. I currently have 3/7/26-3/14/26 booked. You can stay all or part of this time. Discounts applied for longer stays. This week is prime time for Spring Training and the resort is located close to the Peoria Sports Complex home of the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners. Also, not far from the Surprise Spring Training Stadium home of the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals and many other spring training facilities. This is a five star resort and not only has an adult pool and spa with a bar, but it also has a huge pool with beach entrance, whirlpool, slide, lap lanes, gigantic Jacuzzi, playground, Day Spa, Horseback Riding on property, and it is near Lake Pleasant. One bedroom with sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and BBQ's around the property.

I am a local Phoenix resident and bought a timeshare at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa for access to the amazing pools for our girls when they were little. The rooms are spacious and great for a family that likes to be able to cook their own meals instead of being forced to eat out.
Why they chose this property
The area surrounding Cibola Vista is very safe and popular with a ton of shopping and fantastic food options and it is very close to the baseball spring training games and also Lake Pleasant/Scorpion Bay.
What makes this property unique
The resort is absolutely beautiful and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. You will witness some of the most amazing sunsets. They even have a separate hot tub, pool and bar area for adults only if you are wanting a romantic getaway.
