Large villa in front of the Porquerolles islands

Beautiful villa for 10 people. Close to everything. The beach, the harbour, the market, and the restaurants are all within walking distance. Forget about the car. Located in a residential area, it offers access to all activities, including the sea, tennis, the marina and its water sports, and even golf. Enjoy the peaceful French Riviera. Young and old alike will find happiness there.
The house is truly spacious. The kitchen was renovated in 2012.
Everything is on the ground floor; the upper floor is a separate area reserved for the owners. The garden is private and reserved for guests. The view of the pine trees is characteristic of the area and will allow you to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.
The pool was renovated in 2013 and measures 8 x 4 metres.
There is space to park two cars in the garden.

Nice house near the beach with 3 parking places

The overall impression it is nice house with useful facilities. Not nice were the many ants in the house. The chairs were useful but old fashioned

Seaside home

The place was spacious and very well equipped. The beds were comfy and there were a range of bedrooms which was fine for 6 adults . The internet was pretty slow and didn’t reach all rooms . There was extra cleaning fees which I thought were a bit excessive after we checked out . The check in was east we just had to meet the host there, the check out said 10am in the booking but we were asked to leave by 830 because of cleaners Overall good but a few little issues

great property and owner

We had a great time at this property. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We were competing in a sailing competition which was within walking distance as well as bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, the number of rooms so every one had their own room and the practicality of the layout and location. Would rent again for sure.

Brilliant holiday home in a great location

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette spacieuse demeure en familles. La maison est tout équipée et elle offre un beau jardin donnant sur une grande piscine. La plage et le port sont à quelques mètres. Ainsi qu’un arrêt de bus.

Super

Super Villa dans un cadre très calme à quelques pas de la plage. Inutile d'utiliser la voiture, un rêve. Piscine récente avec jardin très agréable, idéale pour BBQ en famille ou avec des amis. A refaire sans hésitation.
