Individual villa garden floor, class 3*** in May 2024 by tourist office TPM reception ideal for MAX: 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. The number of people who will occupy the house cannot be changed after the contract has been signed.
Exceptional location, breathtaking 180° sea view, private swimming pool 9x6m, 1 sea view room with TV bed 2 pl 160x200. 1 Garden view room for 2 people double bed 160x200 with wall TV, a small third room very bright, with makeup tablet, small garden view, alcove bed 90x200 (reserved for anyone wishing to isolate themselves) WIFI corner
Fully equipped American kitchen LL LV, 2 Fridges, Freezer, Mach cafe, M O Oven Vitrocerame cooking plate, extractor hood, at your disposal on request everything necessary for baby, umbrella bed, changing cushion., living room, white living room, coffee table, tableware storage cabinet, table 4 chairs, 2 high stools, wall TV, FREE FIBER WIFI, storage room on terrace with shelves for your luggage, toilet, side fridge terraces, 1 outdoor table and chairs + 1 outdoor lava table, gas BBQ plancha, outdoor parking in dead end, Absolute calm guaranteed while being 1km5 from the Provençal village. From its beaches and all amenities, the villa is protected from the prevailing winds, nature is at your door many walks, and all water sports.
The pool is private, overhanging offering an exceptional 180° view of the sea, people's island and Porquerolles Island. Pool access is by a staircase visible on photos, pool access is highly secure and fully fenced. The pool is private and reserved for your exclusive use You will be alone, 2 Hawaiian umbrellas, relax, stone table under glory with chairs, wrought iron armchair. NB: People not listed on the reservation, accommodated elsewhere, are not allowed to use the facilities. Any "invitation" even for a meal must be subject to prior agreement.
Your animals are welcome, their photo will be requested. We do our best to make your vacation a success. You will be in an exceptional place. Sorry but we do not accept year-round rentals. We can possibly consider a long-term rental over a few weeks out of season because here in winter the sun is always there and the lowest temperatures are 10/15°C

Probably the best location on the Côte d'Azur. We've stayed in many other place before, but this was definitely in our top 3. Great location, amazing views and super starting point to discover the beautiful city of Toulon, beaches, the isle of Les Porquerolles and rugged inlands of the Provence.

Great property in a great location

Really great stay in the villa. Good use of space indoors and loads of outdoor space! Only thing worth noting is that the pool is up a number of stairs which was fine for us but may be a struggle for elderly or toddlers

Lovely holiday in Carqueiranne

Stunning views from the lovely spacious terrace and from the fantastic pool area (a large swimming pool). The owner and property manager were also very friendly, welcoming and communicative. We would definitely recommend this property for a family or group of friends looking for a holiday villa to discover the wonderful Var region.

Fantastic View!

Awesome place with a fantastic View. Totally private and quiet. We enjoyed the pool which is based on the top of the property. The property manager was a very nice lady and communication with Google translate helped a lot. Nice restaurants at the harbour. We can highly recommend this place.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Etwas weit bis zum Hafen/Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Zum Pool ist Treppensteigen erforderlich. Tw. Ist das parken etwas schwierig da die Plätze am Haus schon belegt sind. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub!

la presqu'ile de Giens en prolongation de la terrasse

La villa Alycastre est idéalement perchée au dessus de la mer avec une vue splendide sur la presqu'ile de Giens. Plages et commerces à 5mn en voiture, plage de kitsurf à 10 mn. Piscine de toute beauté, cuisine bien équipée, 3 chambres à coucher avec bonne literie. N'avons manqué de rien.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir sind mit Hunden verreist und direkt am Haus war nichts um mit den Hunden gassi zu gehen und mussten viel mit dem Auto fahren.

Magnifica vista mare sulla penisola di Giens/Porquerolles

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa porzione di casa. L’host ha dato indicazioni precise ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualunque necessità. La casa offre privacy ed è posta in prossimità di un bosco in cima ad una collina quindi la location risulta silenziosa e appartata. Salone e una camera matrimoniale affacciano sulla terrazza vista mare. Posta su una terrazza in posizione più elevata e raggiungibile con un paio di rampe di scale c’è la piscina ad uso esclusivo. Ideale anche per chi come noi viaggia con un cane.

Herrlich

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Herausheben möchten wir den Aussenbereich, die wunderschöne Aussicht und der Pool, der über ein paar Treppen, im oberen Teil der Liegenschaft erreichbar ist. Wir haben wirklich sehr entspannte un erholsame Zeit im Alycastre verbracht. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön und es lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wundervolle Strände innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen.

Une vue magnifique et tellement apaisante

Très agreable séjour en famille. Le point fort est incontestablement la terrasse avec sa magnifique vue dont on ne peut se lasser. La piscine, qui se trouve à l'étage, est également très agréable et suffisamment grande pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un petit frigo près de la piscine aurait été très appréciable! Les hôtes sont très sympa, à l'écoute et très réactifs. La maison est idéale pour passer des vacances au calme entre adultes ou avec des grands enfants ( avec un bébé et des petits enfants la piscine à l'étage est tout de même contraignante et la salle de bain pas super pratique) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

On a passé une super semaine à Carqueiranne! La maison est parfaite pour des vacances, et la vue est magnifique! On a bien profité de la piscine et rien nous a manqué. La communication était aussi parfait!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette ravissante maison. La vue est incroyable sur la presqu’île de Giens et l’île de Porquerolles. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine est grande. La localisation est parfaite notamment pour pratiquer le kite surf sur la presqu’île. Enfin notre hôte est très sympathique et disponible. Parfait!

piccolo paradiso

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia durante le vacanze estive per tre settimane in questa casa, è stata una vacanza indimenticabile. La casa si trova in cima ad una collina con una vista magnifica sulla penisola di Giens e sull'isola di Porquerolles, è dotata di una bellissima e ampia terrazza con un salotto, una zona per poter fare colazione, pranzare e cenare (c'è anche un'utilissima piastra a gas esterna per cucinare) e una zona ombreggiata e appartata con due materassini per poter riposare, sempre con questa vista impagabile. Una piccola scala porta ad un livello superiore dove c'è una piscina privata, con altre zone dove potersi rilassare e prendere il sole ... inutile dire che per i bambini questo è il regalo più grande! La proprietaria è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, inoltre c'è a disposizione un custode che provvede alla pulizia della piscina e ad eventuali piccole manutenzioni o richieste. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, i letti sono molto comodi, difficile trovare difetti... se non forse per il bagno un po' piccolo per una famiglia di 4 persone (ma questa è un opinione soggettiva), inoltre c'è anche un piccolo bagno esterno in uno sgabuzzino. Il paese di Carquerainne è delizioso, puoi trovare piccoli negozietti per la spesa e qualche ristorante sul porto o sulla spiaggetta dopo il porto. La zona è ideale per chi cerca relax e pace, e per chi è disposto a fare escursioni e scoprire la costa; la macchina è indispensabile, ma da questa posizione in massimo un'ora si possono raggiungere posti incantevoli ... bellissima vacanza!

Appréciations vacanciers du mois d'aout 2019

Belle villa avec une vue splendide. Propriétaires très gentils. Annonce fidèle à la réalité. Accueille très chaleureux par la fille des propriétaires Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas profitez de la piscine après 19h-20h. La région étant très chaude nous aurions aimé profitez de baignades plus tardives, ce sont les meilleures heures.

Une vue dont on ne se lasse pas, une piscine superbe et une maison vraiment confortable. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Le plus dur est de partir.
