Superb apartment in Val Thorens, ski-in/ski-out

LOCATION: In Val Thorens, in the Arcelle residence, right in the center, with ski-in/ski-out access. West-facing, therefore on the quiet side. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, close to the sports center: swimming pool, sauna, balneotherapy, hammam, basketball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, squash, gym & fitness area, Fun Park (children’s playroom), and the Caron shopping gallery.

Parking P1 is located just beneath the residence, allowing you to unload your luggage easily, directly accessible via the residence’s elevator. This closed and secure parking is equipped with charging stations for electric cars. It is paid parking, about €90 per week, to be reserved separately on valthoparc.com..

The apartment is located 50m from the bus station. Close to all amenities: Carrefour supermarket, bakery, ski pass office, restaurants, ski rental shops

Amazing Experience

Norbert’s property has a very comforting nature. My friends and I found it great to come home after a long day on the alps to a warm apartment. There is a full kitchen and utensils provided to self-cater + plenty of comfortable beds and couches. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Thankyou, and we will be back!

A functional, spacious, family friendly apartment in a great location.

The apartment is in a fantastic location which we loved. It had absolutely everything we needed. There were four of us and the apartment felt very spacious. It was everything we needed. There were a couple of things such as a large flickering light in the corridor that became quite distressing, one lift was not working the whole week so being on level 6 that became tiresome and there was a problem with the drains so the apartment had a bad smell. Otherwise we were very happy there, thank you!

Appartement tres bien situé dans la station, magasins et restaurants juste en bas de la résidence et à 1min des pistes, confortable pour une famille avec un agréable espace commun et cuisine bien équipée.La propreté pourrait etre améliorée mais nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Perfekte Lage, kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Mitten in Val Thorens, 100 Meter Weg bis zum Lift, Abfahrt direkt vor die TĂŒr. Wir waren zu sechst und zwei Leute mussten in einem Durchgangszimmer schlafen. Die Wohnung ist generell klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war nicht ĂŒberragend, aber ok. Wenn man sich gut versteht, alles kein Problem. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

APPARTEMENT PAS ENTRETENU

Emplacement parfait, mais beaucoup de dĂ©ception quand Ă  l'appartement : - il a fallu contacter le contact indiquĂ© par Abritel, car l'Ă©lectricitĂ© Ă©tait coupĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. - eau chaude coupĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, il a fallu trouver par nous-mĂȘme l'accĂšs, car absence de livret d'accueil, - pas d'entretien du lave-vaisselle, il a fallu contrĂŽler et rajouter liquide de rinçage. - le mĂ©nage n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait ou vraiment succinctement, notamment frigo, grille pain que nous n'avons pas osĂ© utiliser, machine senseo. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de laver chaque vaisselle avant utilisation, mais avons refusĂ© de laver une grosse casserole encore imbibĂ©e d'huile ! Nous avons trouvĂ© 2 bols rangĂ©s dans le placard et pas lavĂ©s. - suite Ă  sĂ»rement un dĂ©gĂąt des eaux, le parquet est fortement gondolĂ© devant l'Ă©vier ainsi que devant le placard oĂč se trouvent verres et bols. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de mettre un tabouret devant afin de ne pas tomber, 2 personnes ayant Ă©vitĂ© Ă  2 reprises une chute. - appartement manquant de ventilation (aĂ©rateur de vmc bloquĂ©) - forte odeur d'Ă©gout dans toutes les piĂšces d'eau. Grosse dĂ©ception pour 3000 € et surtout avec un parquet fortement gondolĂ© avec gros risque de chute. Compte-tenu de tous ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments, nous souhaitons un geste commercial en dĂ©dommagement, car notre 1Ăšre expĂ©rience avec votre organisme est loin d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'image de votre communication tĂ©lĂ©visuel. Nice apartment in good location

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Val Thorens and short walk to the piste but it is not ski in ski out. The apartment was mostly as expected from the photos and listing details. A big negative however was the fact that prior to booking we weren't informed that bed linen was not included and needed to be hired from the shop across the street or would have to bring our own. We opted to hire the bed linen but each package only included two pillow cases and two sheets, there were no duvet covers. This was an annoyance as the duvets provided looked very well used and we would've preferred a duvet cover to cover up the soiled duvets.

Lovely property . Very well supplied with everything needed . Comfortably accommodated 4 adults . 8 would have been a squeeze . Hot water availability an issue between 6-8 pm owing to whole building using supply at same time . We were delayed arriving owing to traffic and received a very rude reception from the person handing over the keys and there was confusion over getting linen but everything else was great and we were extremely lucky with the weather . Carrefour at bottom of the building was very handy and well stocked .

Appartement petit, peu fonctionnel et crasseux

En toute honnĂȘtetĂ©, l'appartement est Ă  l'origine assez bien amĂ©nagĂ© mais c'est utopique d'imaginer que 8 personnes peuvent y passer une semaine ! Un couple se retrouve dans la salon et l'autre dans une chambre passante attenante Ă  la cuisine... Bref, on se marche dessus plus que jamais. Quand bien mĂȘme le propriĂ©taire est sympathique, il s'agit lĂ  d'un appartement mis en gestion totale dans lequel la crasse s'est accumulĂ©e (tapis, salles de bain cuisine, fours... tout est dĂ©goutant). Une demi journĂ©e de mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©cessaire pour pouvoir utiliser l'appartement. Nous pensons que l'intervention de l'Ă©quipe de mĂ©nage n'a pas durĂ© plus de 10 minutes avant notre arrivĂ©e et s'est limitĂ©e Ă  dĂ©sodoriser avec de puissants parfums. Quant Ă  la remise des clĂ©s, ne rĂȘvez pas elles ne vous seront remises qu'en fin d'aprĂšs-midi contrairement Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© dans les conditions gĂ©nĂ©rales. Somme toute, un rapport qualitĂ© / prix assez mauvais mais l'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©.

Family Holiday in Val Thorens

We booked the apartment knowing that with four adults it would give the space and facilities we enjoy .... plus the location was just about as good as you could get to access all the facilities, restaurants, shopping centre and the slopes .... we were not disappointed. With various sleeping arrangements, we could chose what suited us best. Picking up the linen was no issue, we wanted some changes on arrival and had some questions ...all was quickly sorted. Comfortable and quite, overall we were very pleased with our stay....and had a great time in Val Thorens

Magnifique maison. Situation idéale au centre du village, idéale pour les familles et les groupes. AccÚs facile aux pistes dans la meilleure zone du village. Spectaculaire maison, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Chambres super confortables, espace de vie et cuisine idéal pour les groupes, maison avec de bonnes salles de bains et de bons matériaux. Propriétaire toujours disponible et gentil. Je le recommande tout à fait à ceux qui recherchent la qualité, l'accÚs et l'emplacement. 5 étoiles. Magnificent house. Perfect location in the center of the village, ideal for families and groups. Easy access to the slopes in the best area of the village. Spectacular house, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. Super cozy rooms, living space and kitchen ideal for groups, house with good bathrooms and good materials. Owner always available and kind. I recommend it entirely to anyone looking for quality, access and location. 5 stars.

Super appartement. Bémol sur le ménage et le bruit des voisins

Cet appartement est trĂšs bien et trĂšs bien situĂ©. En revanche, le problĂšme de Val Thorens persiste pour nous: la population. Nous Ă©tions partis en mode "famille" qui n'est clairement pas la prioritĂ© de la station. La plupart des gens ont entre 18 et 25 ans maxi et sont ici pour faire la fĂȘte, toute la nuit (chacun arrive avec un sac de vĂȘtements et un pack de 50 biĂšres)... Par chance nous n'avons pas eu de voisin "direct" trĂšs bruyant mais 2 appartements Ă  cotĂ© oui... J'ai du intervenir pour permettre Ă  nos enfants de dormir. Cet appartement est en revanche trĂšs bien situĂ© par rapport Ă  beaucoup d'autres. Certes exposĂ© comme tous au bruit du voisinage mais pas au bruit extĂ©rieur, ce qui en fait un trĂšs gros atout. La rĂšgle clairement affichĂ©e dans l'ascenseur (plus de bruit Ă  partir de 22h) n'est pas respectĂ©e, certains personnes venant de loin semblent intouchables. Seul bĂ©mol de notre location sur l'appartement Ă  proprement parler: le mĂ©nage. Beaucoup de poussiĂšre, une sĂ©rie de poils intimes dans les sanitaires et vaisselle mal lavĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. MĂȘme si cela ne nous a pas gĂąchĂ© le sĂ©jour (loin delĂ ), au prix payĂ©, on aurait pu s'attendre Ă  une meilleure prestation. On l'a laissĂ© bien aussi propre qu'on l'a rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©.

The location is perfect!

Norbert (the owner) was very kind and he answered my messages very fast and he was very helpful. The apartment is very well located, near to the ski passes box office and the slopes you have a supermarket right next to the main entrance. The apartment looks like in the pictures. Spacious, well equipped, great communication, central VT, Piste 50m, ski in

Lovely apartment, very well equipped - we ate in every night which wasn’t the plan! The raclette machine was well used! We were 5 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of space. Carrefour at the base of the building so it was easy to stock up or run down to if you ran out of anything! Many Ski rental shops all within 50m. Opposite the shopping centre with the swimming pool and spa and the bus station. Just one small point was that there weren’t proper pillows. There were long sausage shaped pillows (these don’t exist in the uk) which were not very comfortable and a couple of cushions. And obviously we had brought our British rectangular pillowcases! Only a minor point. We would definitely return to this apartment. The owner, M Larguier, replied very promptly to my numerous questions before and during our stay. He is extremely helpful. Merci Monsieur- à la prochaine!

trÚs bon séjour

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé (coeur de la station) calme, magnifiquement décoré, fonctionnel, parfait pour 2 familles de 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants), bien équipé, accÚs direct au parking souterrain par ascenseur et accÚs direct aux pistes.

Le propriétaire Mr Larguier est au petit soin pour les locataires, l'appartement est trÚs agréable et silencieux. La literie est de qualité et l'appartement est bien fourni.Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour et serons certainement de retour l'année prochaine.
