Ca' di Paolo is on the ground floor in a completely restored building, located in a picturesque Venetian street near the Grand Canal: Via Garibaldi and 50mt from Biennale. It can accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa that can become a French bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. It is the ideal apartment for a holiday in Venice for a couple or a small family. The neighbourhood, which opens onto beautiful St. Mark's basin, is very characteristic: lively Via Garibaldi with its fish market, fruit and vegetable stores and the finest shops in the centre, going from designer shops to small craft ones, are within walking distance. Every day you can choose a different restaurant among the many of the area or buy local products in a grocery store for those who prefer to cook at home. The kitchen is fully equipped as befits the great Italian culinary tradition. The apartment is furnished with all facilities, dishwasher, air conditioner, LCD satellite TV, internet connection, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, independent heating system.

very small, and 1 km further from San Marco Sq than shown in map...

other than that, it seemed clean. not much light inside at all. there is a little mustiness, but i expect that is typical for ground floor in Venice. the neighborhood is a nice local scene - just farther from the sights than we'd planned for, making getting back more arduous than desired...

Très très bon accueil. Appartement propre et proche restaurants, bars et arrêt vaporetto. Situé à 15 minutes de la place San Marco. Supermarché à côté également. propriétaires très sympa. Convient pour deux ou trois personne.
