Bright and spacious apartment with two-canals view

Bright and cozy apartment of 86sqm with two bedrooms, located on the third floor of a historic building of the '600 notified to the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage. The sleeping area features a spacious master bedroom and a single room furnished with valuable furniture of the nineteenth century. The living room is equipped with a USB digital TV, a library with magazines and books, armchairs and a very comfortable sofa bed. The view enjoyed by the living room is very wide because of its exposure at the intersection of two channels. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and washing machine. The kitchen has been recently renovated and fully equipped, and it is complete with dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven.

Bedsheets and towels included in the price.
Cleaning fee: 50€
Damage deposit may be asked.
Dogs are welcome with prior consent at the cost of one extra cleaning fee (50€).
Tourist tax due at check-in.
