Prachtig uitzicht, fijn appartement, garage passen en meten maar kwestie van vaker doen. Aardige eigenaars, niks op aan te merken. Wij komen terug!

Excellente adresse

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et très agréable. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est idéal : plage avec l'esplanade pour promenade au pied de l'immeuble, supermarché très bien (avec boucher, traiteur, etc.) à 5 minutes à pied, centre ville à 5 minutes à pied également. Un tram dessert toute la côte. Coup de cœur pour la région et l'ambiance de Knokke, et pour l'appartement ! Contacts très faciles et agréables avec la propriétaire.

Excellente expérience.

Les contacts préliminaires avec Abritel en vue de la location furent excellents et efficaces. La propriétaire est également une personne charmante et très bien organisée. L'appartement est superbe, bien meublé et équipé, et idéalement situé en bord de mer. Garage disponible. Tous les commerces à proximité.

Toller Urlaub

Der Ausblick ist der Hammer. Die Nähe zum Meer unschlagbar. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und funktional eingerichtet. Anfangs roch es etwas, aber nach einen ordentlichen Lüftung und einer Duftkerze war es sehr gemütlich. Das man so zentral wohnt ist ebenfalls ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist perfekt, man kann ausladen und mit dem Aufzug ins Apartment fahren. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte höher sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar ( zumindest gen Norden, nach Süden sieht man den Hafen und Windpark) und die Lage schön zentral.

Traumhafter Urlaub in sonniger Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub sehr genossen. Bei über 20 Grad sind wir angekommen und haben uns über die ausgezeichnete Lage der Wohnung sehr gefreut! Im Wohn- und Essbereich guckt man direkt auf das Meer und verpasst keinen Sonnenaufgang- und Untergang! Die Wohnung liegt auch zum Einkaufen ideal - der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet - WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Mit Kindern ist die Abstellkammer für Sandspielzeug bestens geeignet! Die Garage benötigt man in dieser Lage und ist auch wichtig zum entspannten Be- und Entladen des Autos! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! Herzlichen Dank auch für die einfache Schlüsselübergabe und die kurze Einweisung, viele Grüße von Familie P. aus Frankfurt (inkl. 2 Kinder 8 und 10 Jahre)

excellente semaine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement dont les dimensions et l'agencement nous ont beaucoup plu. Si l'on veut émettre une remarque, il manquait de bons couteaux pour un rôti ou un poulet . Sinon, très bien, très calme, idéalement situé par rapport aux commerces, et place de parking bien pratique. Nous y reviendrons !

Que des bons points pour cet appartement

L'appartement est très bien situé sur la digue à côté de toutes les commodités (Office du Tourisme, restaurants, magasins, Delhaize....). Il est parfaitement conforme à la description, très confortable et surtout très propre, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos enfants. L'agencement des pièces est très pratique et les 2 grands débarras une excellente surprise quand on est équipé de jeux de plage et autres trottinettes... Garage dans l'immeuble, super. Propriétaire charmante et très correcte, nous y retournerons certainement et n'hésitons pas à recommander cet appartement.
