House on 2 floors comprising living room with kitchenette and lounge on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor, two terraces with beautiful views over the Natural Park of Asinara Sea (ground floor and first floor), garden and parking covered. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue. The residence has a private tennis court and beach area with pool and marina for pleasure boats (extra payment). The sea is 800 meters from the house.
