Walk out lower level has a large family room, wet bar, pool table, and shuffleboard. Gated driveway ensures privacy and access only to guests.

Spectacular home!

The property was gorgeous! The house has the most amazing VIEWS!!! Wrap around glass overlooking the town. WOW! This home has it all! Plenty of room ! Very clean! No clutter! The kitchen had everything we needed. The Bedrooms are big! The beds were great! The game room was a bonus! The house was very private! No traffic ! The outdoor space was perfect for kids! This house has it all! I Highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very private and beautiful. The views of Park City and Deer Valley were gorgeous! It is also very convenient to the slopes of Deer valley as well as Park City. We had a great time! (The only thing that I think needs attention are the quality of the pillows and the comfort of the sofa/seating in both den areas. At this price point, the sofas, pillows, etc should be replaced after they begin to sag and wear down.)

Fantastic house for large family and very high end! Great owner!

We spent the week of new years at this property. It is located in an upscale mountain neighborhood overlooking Park City. It is less than 5 minutes to town and 7 minutes to the slopes. We will definitely rent this property again. Spa, Fireplaces and great chefs kitchen. We shopped many properties before we found this one. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous Holiday Home

This house is perfect for a family vacation or for a group of couples. There's plenty of space to spread out and also large living rooms and dining area to be all together. Remarkably well-appointed with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, pool table and other "toys" , large TV's, beautiful gas fireplaces, plenty of everything one could need, including indoor parking for one car. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars with the view of Park City, Deer Valley and the mountains -- or just sit in the living room in front of the fire and look out huge windows at the same view. Caretaker and snowplow arrived to help us dig out from a good storm. The slopes are very close for those up for early morning powder runs. Or walk down to Main Street for shops and restaurants. The owner was very gracious and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Home

A group of us stayed at his amazing home in January. We couldn't of been happier with our experience. The house location is perfect, close to Main St. grocery stores all the things you need, but far enough to feel like you are out of the crowds. The views were spectacular. The house is very high end and cozy with lots to do (pool table, hot tub, shuffle board) My husband and I extended our stay another night after our friends left because we weren't ready to leave. Homeowner was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.
