Large property with a huge Horse complex. Multiple RV sites. We rented a quiet little cabin, parked our RV outside. Nice accommodation with Hot tub, large patio areas, laundry facilities. Easy booking and communication with owners. Little lake and pretty views. Good value.

The only draw back was no Wi-Fi. It didn't bother me but the kids were a bit. They delt with it like champs though. The property was beautiful. We saw deer, geese & other wildlife while we were there. And listening to the stream/river below the cabin was awesome. The host CJ was super friendly.

For guests who are not fond of the unplugged experience, the listing says to bring your own hot spot or use data. I'm so glad to hear that in lieu of wifi guests were able to enjoy being in nature and surrounded by wildlife!

I only have to complain about the entertainment side of the stay, everything else was fine. But I would bring something to keep you preoccupied.

If the hot tub, bon fire ring, fishing pond, miles of hiking trails, horseback riding, retro movie collection, satellite TV, and quality time with family is not enough to entertain you, then yes, bring something from the city. The hospitality guide has a list of off-premise area attractions as well.

Very sweet place, felt very peaceful! There are 3 decks and 3 views! My young grandsons, dropped by and caught their first fish. They loved it including an outdoor bonfire with Marshmellos. Like is said just a sweet place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the River Cabin. The sound of the river flowing provided a serene setting at the cabin. The location is secluded without being too far away from great hikes and parks and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. Everything was clean and well-maintained. CJ is friendly and very responsive to any questions. Great stay!

The sound of the river shoals and small waterfalls is what eventually sold me on buying this property to clean it up and develop it. I built the cabin and other amenities so I could share the abundance of God's beauty here with family, friends and guests. I look forward to their return visit!
