Beautiful relaxing apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The perfect antidote to being in covid lockdown in the uk! The apartment has all the mod cons you need for a home away from home. The location is beautiful and serene and the beach is idyllic. Martijn was a great host and attentive to any questions we had.

Die Anreise war okay, alles hat gut funktioniert, jedoch als wir ankamen und die Wohnung besichtigten, fiel uns auf, dass das Badezimmer vom Kinderzimmer sehr stark nach Abwasser und Toilette roch, leider ist es durch normales Lüften nicht besser geworden, stattdessen mussten wir es schließen und die Kinder mussten das Badezimmer vom Elternschlafzimmer nutzen. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert und er sagte, dass es leider üblich wäre, dass es an wechselhaften Tagen manchmal zu diesen Gerüchen kommt. Er hat dann auch am Folgetag jemanden geschickt, der einen "Klostein" anwandte. Damit wäre es wohl gut. Allerdings lag es wohl nicht nur an der Toilette, sondern es kam aus allen Öffnungen des Zimmers (Dusche, Waschbecken etc.). Der Geruch wurde nicht besser und war an manchen Tagen wirklich übel, die Fenster der Wohnung haben wir Tag und Nacht offen lassen müssen. Teilweise mussten die Kinder mit im Elternschlafzimmer schlafen. Wir hatten also, statt den bezahlten 4 Zimmern (Bad+Schlafzimmer) nur 2. Desweiteren war die Wohnung zwar wie abgebildet und auf dem ersten Blick genauso, aber nach 1-2 Tagen fiel uns das Alter der Möbel auf, die Betten sowie die Sofas waren sehr durchgelegen und gesessen, die Möbel und Schränke rochen muffig und die Küche war teilweise schmierig und schmutzig. Ich weiß, dass es nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr wie neu ist, aber man sollte doch in regelmäßigen Abständen, Dinge neu kaufen und ausortieren. Für den Preis, habe ich mir was anderes vorgestellt.

Hallo Manuel, es tut mir leid zu hören dass Sie nicht 100% zufrieden waren. Schade dass Sie mir nicht informiert haben dass das Geruchsproblem (was normalerweise nur ausnahmsweise bei schlechtes Wetter passiert) sich nicht gelöst hat, sonnst hatte ich den Klempner nochmal vorbei schicken können. Ich glaube Sie hatten Vielleicht Pech, die Erfahrung alle unserer andere Gäste ist ganz anders. Wir werden aber probieren noch ein und anderes zu verbessern, damit wir hoffentlich die Erwartungen aller Gäste erfüllen können!

Tolle Wohnung für Familien

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage ist einmalig. Der Pool war ausreichend für eine Zwischenkühlung, der Supermarkt mit hervorragenden Backwaren nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, das Strandlokal klasse.

Top ! Endroit calme (résidence encore peu occupée fin juillet - résidents principalement allemands/suisses) Appart super, très confortable, bien équipé, belle terrasse avec vue sur la cala et les montagnes Communication facile avec Martijn En bas plage tranquille, eaux transparentes Resto sympa au bord de la plage (pas trop de « nightlife » à part ça, vous n’êtes pas du bon côté de l’île si c’est important pour vous) A proximité allez à Cala Sa Nau !

Quand au "bon côté" de l'île ou pas, cela dépend, c'est vrai qu'il y a des beaux endroits de l'autre côté, mais plusieurs parmi les "calas" les plus verges sont de 'notre côté (Cala Sa Nau, Cala Varques, Cala Mitjana etc!) , donc il y en a pour tous les goûts!

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf Strand u. Meer

Vorteilhaft die Lage direkt oberhalb des Felsens mit schönem Blick auf Strand und Meer, in wenigen Minuten am Strand, sonst Anlage u. Wohnung i.d. Jahre gekommen, freundliche Nachbarn, kleiner Pool zur Abkühlung i.d. Anlage, ruhig. Wohnung selber gut eingerichtet, z.T. etwas stockiger Geruch, bei Ankunft Bad und Küche nicht sehr sauber, Handtücher mitbringen empfehlenswert, Vermieter reagiert prompt, sehr entgegenkommend bei Problemen, Service vor Ort anscheinend nicht so gut erreichbar. Insgesamt aber sehr schöne Woche, vor allem Nachmittags- und Abendsonne auf der Terrasse herrlich zum Entspannen.

Hallo Karin Danke für die Bewertung, es freut mich zu sehen dass Ihr eine schöne Woche gehabt hat, und unsere Terasse genießt habt. Es tut mir leid das die Reinigung nicht 100% nach euren Wunsch war. Hoffentlich haben wir das mit den abgestimmten Rabatt etwas kompensieren können. Was Handtücher angeht, ist es nicht wirklich notwendig die mitzubringen. Wie besprochen stellen wir immer 2 Handtücher pro Person zur Verfügung (1 gross, 1 klein) dass ist normalerweise Genug. Schade dass gerade unseren Service Person einige Tagen ausser haus war und nicht sofort extra Handtücher bringen konnte, glücklicherweise hatten Sie ja aber schon ein extra Paar zur Verfügung im Kinderzimmer. Gut zu sehen dass Sie algemein zufrieden waren und sich entspannen haben können! Vielen dank und Grüße aus Spanien. Martijn

Tolle Location direkt am Meer

Wieder waren wir in Cala Murad und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung kannten wir ja schon vom letzten Jahr. Sie liegt in einer Wohnanlage direkt an der Bucht und hat den Pool auch fast direkt am Haus. Hat alles wieder super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Auch mit den Vermietern hatten wir guten Kontakt. Alles zu empfehlen.

Un seul mot : Parfait

Logement très bien situé et très mignon. Il est conforme aux photos, même si nous l’avons trouvé encore mieux en vrai. La vue du balcon sur la cala murada est juste sublime, encore mieux au coucher du soleil. Accès rapide à la piscine de la résidence ou à la plage. Emplacement privilégié et résidence très calme. Les propriétaires restent très disponibles et nous également conseillé quelques destinations à voir 😉

Heerlijke omgeving en prima huis van alle gemakken voorzien

Het huisje is in bezit van een eigenaar die er zelf ook verblijft. Dit is te zien aan de inrichting en facaliteiten. De keuken heeft werkelijk alle bedenkbare spullen om allerhande maaltijden te maken. Het balkon is heerlijk groot en heeft zonneschermen. Handdoeken, beddengoed, parasols voor het strand, enz. Het prachtige uitzicht en het mooie strand maakte de vakantie compleet.

Heerlijk

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie doorgebracht. De omgeving is rustig, de kinderen vonden het fijn in het zwembad. Handig dat er allerlei speelgoed voor zwembad en strand aanwezig zijn. Ook het strand was ideaal om afkoeling te zoeken. Veel mooie baaien in de nabijheid, ook enkele authentieke restaurants gevonden.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Das Apartment von Martijn ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Cala Murada und das Meer ist ein Traum, man kann dort herrlich frühstücken oder am Abend bei einem Glas Wein in den Sternenhimmel blicken und das Meeresrauschen genießen! Die Anlage Roca Murada ist sehr schön, es ist ruhig und es gibt auch einen Pool! Um an den Strand zugelangen braucht man nur ein paar Stufen runtergehen von der Anlage, es gibt dort auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, dort gibt es leckeres Essen und tolle Cocktails mit Blick auf das Meer! Die Lage des Apartments oben auf den Felsen ist einzigartig!!! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und auch der Kontakt zu Martijn war sehr nett! Der Ort Cala Murada ist ruhig und hat mehrere Restaurants und 2 kleine Einkaufsläden, auch gibt es dort jetzt einen kleinen Bäcker! Es war ein entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben, wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen und sagen: Muchas gracias!

Nice view and terrace

The property had a really nice terrace and view perfect for mealtime. The kitchen was really well equipped so you can cook your own meals. Bedrooms were comfy and great to have two bathrooms. Host was really responsive with all questions. Right next to the beach (although not the best beach but it’s there), property has a pathway directly to the beach. Quiet area with a few restaurant options close by (but still need a car). What I wish I knew or wish the property had to make the stay even better: 1) there were no toiletries. You have to bring your own soap and shampoo. Not a huge deal as we got some at a local grocery store but make sure to pack them if you want to bathe your first night there. But there was dish soap and laundry detergent. 2) no beach towels. This was a pain to buy as the grocery stores don’t carry them. I went to a few even some big ones like Eroski Center but no luck. The property didn’t have any extra towels beyond the exact number of bath towels provided per guest. I’ve been to vacation rentals where these were provided as no one wants to pack bulky towels. 3) you have to get past the security gate arm to get into the parking. There is a button along the wall that lifts the gate. Found this out when i arrived at 11pm at night. Host responded right away and let me know but would have been nice to have this info in advance. Overall still a really nice stay but just wanted to point out a few watch outs so future guest stays could be more comfy.

Fijn verblijf

We hebben genoten in Cala Murada. Prima plek, fijn balkon, gezellige plaats. Zeker het balkon met middag- en avondzon is heel fijn. Wij hadden iedere dag het gemeenschappelijk zwembad voor ons alleen. Werd goed schoon gehouden. Een restaurant en bar zo dichtbij is ook zeer aantrekkelijk. Kortom wij hebben genoten.

Schöne Unterkunft in Cala Murada

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Martins toller Ferienwohnung!!Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. In der Wohnung war alles in sehr gutem Zustand und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Sogar etwas Kindersandspielzeug war vor Ort. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Muy recomendable apartamento

Apartamento de 2 Habitaciones en pequeña residencia cerrada con piscina comunitaria y privilegiadas vistas sobre Cala Murada (playa) a la que se puede acceder directamente desde el complejo. Interior del apartamento cuidado, muy completo (TV, SAT, DVD) y cocina perfectamente equipada con lavaplatos, lavadora, etc... Lovely Quiet Location

A lovely and spacious apartment. Conveniently located on the ground floor with the pool within a few meters away and a short walk to the beach. The local beach is pebbled in areas and there are other lovely beaches a short drive away. Due to the location of the apartment, a car is essential. There is a bar beside the beach that plays loud music several times a week in the evening, it didn't really bother us but the occupier of the adjacent let out apartment was so annoyed that he slept in his car to escape the noise.
