Enjoy the winter in Mesquite Country Club Phase 2. This lower level 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is the perfect home away from home. Featuring a Transitional Comfort Motif , this condo is sure to please.

This 800 sq ft condo is tucked away at the edge of the complex that you get some privacy from the back patio but yet close to the pool. The living room features a comfortable sofa and recliner with flat HDTV to watch your favorite programs. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could ask for.

Just steps from the 4 pc dining table is the Master that provides a large Queen size bed, Smart TV, and large closet. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

Come and enjoy Mesquite Del Prado, located in Phase 2 of the highly desirable Mesquite Country Club. It has multiple swimming pools/spas, as well as tennis courts. Mesquite CC is also close to shopping, parks, and other recreation facilities. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive too!

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Great location!

Very nice apartment. Using the card entrance to the gate was a pain. And I scraped my car twice. Having a real clicker would’ve made it all perfect

Mesquite golf course

Great location. Very tired furniture and rug needs a good cleaning but condo was clean and comfortable. Golf course was in very rough shape due to flooding.

Great location and well stocked kitchen

We were very happy with the location and the facilities. We prefer a second level however and that is why we did not book for next year. Everything was very clean except the sofa and recliner which could use a shampooing. The kitchen was well stocked and we found the bed extremely comfortable.
